I have been looking for a simply, user friendly gps program for my HD. Checked the net, and found plenty of programs. I tried 3, and found them all awkward to work. Are there any GPS programs available that are simple to use, like a TOMTOM?

I've had my HD for a week now, and chuffed with what it can do. It's a toy, a tool, if it was human and female I'd propose marriage.
However, it's very complex, where can I find games that work on the HD? I tried downloading Othello, and couldn't get it to work. I suppose it works on simpler phones, not on this top end model. Anyone? (for "games", read free games)

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Which Is best comes down To personal preference. If you like a touch screen and windows OS then HD is for you. If not a fan of windows and like keys then innov8 is worth getting. Both phones do pretty much the same. HD is better for web brousing and multimedia but innov8 has a much better camera. HD camera is poo!

this is the link to a program that streams tv on your window mobile 6.1 the download is free. what's nice about it is the installation comes with a TCPMP player that works with the HD. this player can play most file formats. let me know if this solved your problem

can any one please tell me which video formats touch HD will support ( im not able to play .dat .avi ). otherwise any recommended player to play all the formats ( please provide me the site to download).

i want some software recommendations regarding my touch HD... i want some software entertaining ones any recommendations
and i also want to know from where i can download games for my touch HD... i think i'll love platying games on this amazing hardware:D

Anonymous, 20 Mar 2009The Music and Photo tab in Touch Flo did not show the conte... moreif you tap albums on the photos tab and tap albums again you will see "all" in the drop down. pick that to see all pic's on the phone. then tap menu and pick "set album as favorite" that will make the album you pick your default.
as for the music, go in the library, you will see all your music there. the music is sorted by there tags not by where you put it on the phone. you can also make a play list in windows media player and sync it to the phone if you have a play list that you like that you want to show up in the library. play list can be made on the phone as well but i think that way is slow when you want your list to have a lot of songs.

The Music and Photo tab in Touch Flo did not show the content in the storage card. Is it the norm? Could I change the setting to view the songs and photos in storage card?

HTC don't have them for download as yet. as for the web browsing, post a link and I'll let you know if I could see the site.

Anonymous, 19 Mar 2009i dunno how to get to the hand writing recognition.....!!??... morefor hand writing tap the small up arrow next to the keyboard symbol. pick "other input methods" then pick "trancriber" I find it best to write in cursive so speaces don't go in the wrong place.
