I can bet that the battery life for this will be terrible.The battery power will obviously be drained by the huge 3.8 inch VGA resolution screen.Besides,it the amount of pixels is 480x800.That is very powerful and it would sure suck up that battery juice!

In my opinion , 4" screen for a phone doesn't have any meaning . HTC could again make a tablet PC ( like X-series ) with sim-card supporter . I want a phone , not anything else .

This phone is really great with no lag and excellent response time for fingertouch. With a 5MP camera i would really like a flash attached. But nonetheless this phone is like 600 euros. Its marvellous !

I've been looking at this handset since it was leaked and was very tempted to pre-order it. I now think I'm going to hold on and see if they tweak it and replace Windows Mobile with Android operating system like they did on the HTC Dream (re-branded as T-Mobile G1). A few Gig of internal memory and a camera with a flash and mp4 video recording capability would also make this handset a real winner.

This phone seriously needs to have a atleast a led flash plus minimum of 1GB memory since they took away the 4GB that the diamond had...

This phone looks ok but is it just a HTC touch diamond with a pimp up screen. I know one thing if the touch screen is anything like the touch Diamond then be ready to use your stylus ALL THE TIME!! If you do want a HTC then get the touch pro it is by far the best one out the three handsets.

Litvak, 29 Oct 2008can you please tell me why do you need IR if you have bluet... moreremote Control, for TV, DVD, Video and so on, any divace with IR reciver.
