i wish i could shout at them: "hey men, factories try to make their devices worldwide-friendly day by day ... what the hell did you think when designing your new devices ?????" ...
WTF?? Both devices, htc touch diamond and htc touch pro are available in europe, asia AND usa so WTF are you talking about? That (t-mobile or att, im not us so i dont know which one) renamed it is their own fault, not htc's

the Touch Dim. Had 4GB Memory With No Card Slot, This Has 512k Memory With a Card Slot So Users Can Have As Much Memory As The Card Slot Will Allow,
