Eh?you mean your waiting for a different ROM.This ppc is new,as in not been out for a while. I know it's hard to believe something so new could work so well. The updated ROMS will probably improve camera maybe touch sensitivity I mean their's not really much to improve on :-).Install windows live for hotmail The cab file has been posted here and at various forums.

          Advantages over n95
1 Operating Symbian 2 build quality 3 higher quality 3rd party software(APIs for pc and ppc are quite similar) 4 PIM functionality 5 noc based 6 sync 7 veratility 8 touchscreen + qwerty 9 High quality GPS chipset 10 battery 11 RAM 12 this could go on and on but I'm tired and still have to figure out why my daughters n95 won't connect to my wireless Network with wpa-psk encryption!damn firmware...

I view the HTC section to read about HTC devices the same applies when going to the Sony Ericsson opinions to learn and read about SE.Why do I always see some numpty twittering on about Nokia n95?Ok the TyTn II screen should of had high resolution, other than that their's not alot more you could reasonably expect.

To the person that could not take critisized the coparison; this never meant to compare the two different devices. If you read carefully I did say one is a multi-media device and one is a business device. I made in way a wish list for windows devices ie better resolution, camera and browser. Now what's wrong with that? I still said that I liked the Tytn II more and it fits my needs more.
NOW IF YOU PREFER TO STAY WHERE YOU ARE THAT'S UP TO YOU. BUT YOU NEED KNOW THAT CREATIVITY STARTS WHEN YOU START DREAMING AND THINK OUT OF THE BOX THAT YOU LOCKED YOURSELF IN.

exactly, the most important thing is that the owner is happy with his phone, after that there will always be people that like more one phone thant an other, people that will have rpoblems taht others don't.

foreverPad, fully agree. I use this TYTNII now two weeks and really it is a nice pda.Never owned a N95 so I do not know if it is as good (and bad) as people tell. After all, if the owner of the phone is happy....

I've been searching for sometime now a HS that had everything I wanted more than needed. Like a lot of people I stoped looking when I saw de N95 and I think that we can say for à multimedia phone it's just great, but I am looking for a real poket PC, I found the HTC P3300, then the N90 and now the TYTN2, and from what I've read I think I'll go for the TYTN2 The real deal would be a HS with N95 and TYTN 2 aspects and great battery life, well I think we'll still have to wait for it. Dont compare multimedia phones and poket PC. I'm a computer graphist, sales manager for a mobile phone company and an everyday phone user. as a graphist I'd say yes on my phones I want a great camera, but it's just a phone even with 5mb image, so I'll get a real camera, I've got my desktop and laptop for work so I need something to easily stay intouch and be able to work quick on small filles, the only real aspect of a phone that is independent of the rest is the GPS chipset. So people for a phone you get great pictures starting at 2mb Pix, your phone even if usefull doesn't replace the true stuff, you want great picture get a great camera, you want great computer get a computer, keep the rest to what it is A PHONE HANDY AND USEFULL but a phone.

I'm at my pc now so lets list some of the e90's faults for Mr Nokia FAN
                            Software issues:
                            1. Missing fax
                            2. Missing keyboard shortcuts (most of them)
                            3. No scheduled SMS
                            4. Only basic computer
                            5. Browser cannot open a link in a new window
                            6. Messaging cannot open several messages in the same time
                            7. E-mail does not display "To:", "Date:" and sender E-mail address (found in message details)
                            8. Phone does not show the number of the caller, nor the number of the person I am calling (just the name)
                            9. No advanced search for Contacts ( available just for name, but not for business, address, phone number, etc)
                            10. No "Back-up to memory card" function
                            11. Calendar does not show the "Number of years" for anniversaries
                            12. Strange multitasking (opening a document from File Manager will block File Manager until the document is closed)
                            15. Mail / calendar software does not support .ics attachments

                            Hardware issues:
                            1. Stiff keyboard
                            2. Keyboard is touching the screen
                            3. Extremely slow GPS
                            4. Camera button hard to operate
                            5. Pictures taken have a blue tint

That screen must be astonishingly good for you to rate the e90 so high!

Facts: SiRF Star III chipset is superior to Qualcomm's. It is simply more sensitive. No radio, no 5MP stills cam, no VGA, 30fps camcording, no 3.5mm A/V jack, no 16M colour palette, no contest. The N95 gives a better multimedia experience. Furthermore the TyTN II should be compared with the E90 and not the N95. The E90 has a far better screen: a vivid encounter is experienced between man and machine: the TyTN comes nowhere near the visual experience. Its keyboard does not even have a separate row for numerical input. It is not as responsive as the E90. If you type alot the E90 is streets ahead. Sure WM6 is a bigger OS but if you don't need the extra then it is logical to satisfy what you do need. You people keep on congratulating yourselves when the device has not even reached VGA res with a reasonable colour palette. When it comes to visuals on sub 3.5 inch screens HTC continues to limp its way through this important first decade of the 21st century!

yall got to be kidding me?... forever on this debate between N95 and TYTN II, each person has their distinctive invidual liking & there is just no such thing as a perfect so u get the one closer to liking.. there is always a fault that lacks on a phone that the other may have and vice versa! big deal!... oh well i had my TYTN II for a month now and am loving it... I dont need a toy but a business mobile phone!!!

Calm down! It's just a phone but anyways here's my tuppance worth.I had a n95 and the safari browser was really fast but as has been mentioned it didn't have all the features of a netfront or an opera.Call clarity was an issue too.I remember talking away and the other person not hearing a thing!
