Every browser has core engine.Opera and netfront use mozilla core(best).Nokia decided to use safari because it was FREE and a reasonable default browser but to say it's superior to NF 3.3 + or Opera 8.65 is ridiculous.I could be wrong but dosen't safari have problems downloadind .rar files??

The n95 has the same resolution as the TYTN II.Screen colours on a 2.6 screen dosen't make a huge difference, resolution sure does.Yeah most people would choose opera or netfront before PIE or Safari. If you were to rate either of the two above opera or netfront then your not using your device to it's max.PS I knew it was just a matter of time before Nokia Fanboys jumped in.Why don't you upgrade the firmware for the 10th time and try and get rid of the numerous faults

oh well maybe you would like to take a look at xda-developers.com and see the GPS comparisons. Please don't tell me you know more than the guys there.geez! The TYTN II is a lot more than a buisness tool.

Oh yes... About the GPS chipset- it is inferior to SiRF Star III so quit saying it's the best. It quite simply is not! If I want to use GPS on N95 I simply bluetooth a SiRF Star III receiver and I have a superior combination. TyTN II could not even manage fast free and friendly FM radio-quite ridiculous! I will be using TyTN II purely as a business device- it is clearly not an allrounder and if anybody begrudges me using an N95 for great impromptu video coverage and superb call quality they know where they can go!!

Pjox, life is short. If the TyTN satisfies your needs them good for you! Many experts agree that the Nokia web browser is the best. Read Lisa Gade's review on the N95 on mobiletechreview.com. You cannot ram your opinion down people's throat! This TyTN is only a PPC. It has its limitations; don't forget that. As much as I admire the device it cannot even handle VGA res with 16M colours. No excuses-face the facts. A modern device must be able to VIVIDLY represent tables, graphs, charts, text and images on the screen. This device is still in evolution. VGA camcording at 30fps is a tremendous achievement that TyTN II can only dream about! As for the browser the tremendous screen on the N95 coupled with the mouse beats Netfront any day!!

              pJ0x,

Nothing is better than the truth. As i am writing i own both devices but since when i receive the tytn 11 i only use the n95 for phone calls. In that field i will agree the nokia is slightly better than the HTC device

Furthermore to mention the far superior GPS chipset to that on the N95 is at best laughable.Infact the TyTN II chipset is widely regarded as THE BEST.

Here we go again with silly Nokia propaganda!Web browsing with the TyTN II is a far more satisfing experience .N95 strugles to load data intensive pages- try and load a 5 or 6mb page and you will see what I mean.Netfront is the best browser with it's array of options-user agent strings, smart rendering etc etc-this browser can't be used with symbian os 9.+!!All th n95 has over the TyTN II is TV out(useless but good for kids!),30FPS V.R. and a better camera. It's not much! That n95 you say is a multimedia masterpiece can't play wmv!!!!

Al, you made a mistake! If I was you I would have kept both devices simply because variety is the spice of life!! Afterall you have two pockets so why not fill them with two top-class phones? They satisfy different needs. One satisfies the need to catalogue and record one's life as a multimedia testimony. The other (ie TyTN II) satisfies the hunger to run business tasks on the go! It is clear that you will not get it all on one phone. The important point is: are your needs satisfied or not??

For the ones that critsize Nokia n95 you should stop.

There are two differnet kind of devices. one is business ie the Tytn II. and the n95-3 is a multimedia powerhouse .
I have both devices and I want to say there is something to be said about the better camera with flash, much better web browser which was fatster and able to read arabic websites. GPS has improved a lot and so did the the battery life.the battery life is as good as the Tytn II.
Last say N95-3 is going back because I got addicted to the touch screen on my Tytn II. It didn't pair with my car's bluetooth and that's a must for me.

over all if this paired and had a touch screen I would have kept it. My understanding when I spoke to Nokia's customer service they are aware of the problem and working on it and also there will be nokia devices with touch screen next year.

Have been using this for 2 weeks now.

AMAZING piece of technology, i also have the JABRA BT 8010 headset, it displays the caller ID name as well.

                                This phone simply ROCKS.
The only disadvantage is the battery, not so much time.
