even the low budget nokia's have received windows phone 8.1 update months ago, and htc can't update it's last year windows phone flagship :)) I'll never use another Microsoft product and will never buy htc again

i have a report on the one note, that i need to print and improve every time i send the report it never arrives at the email address , any one know how to get the report off the phone,

Hi guys I got htc 8x may hands review is good enough of my budget as of now. I got big in past week it is shut off itself and I cnt open even I hard reset ddnt work I am searching any forum about htc 8x and I found how to resolve. U must open the phone and pull off the batery port and insert it again and try to reboot. Its works but my big problem when I insert my sim card was failed and shut off again. And I conclude to my there was something wrong with may software I need to w8 an update and ill try again and now it work fines. For mhe its good phone ever I'll have except batery life.

One of the best phones I've ever used. Absolutely no issues whatsoever (maybe the battery could've been better though).
Cam is decent. Sound quality via earphones is INCREDIBLE! Display is good. Loudspeaker is audible in office environment. I'm really satisfied with it. Even though it's a bit old now, i would still recommend you to buy it. Really good phone!

No software / update support from HTC - Microsoft (even though I'm a big fan of both ms/htc). I wanted 8.1 in this piece of plastic crap. The phone's corners lost their paint even though I didn't drop it, and the first time it fell from my hands, lock button broke, to the inside part of the body,and it started restarting like there's no tomorrow.
Long story short, I'm moving to an HTC M7. Decent software and update support/development,twice as powerful as this one, and a premium design.

I have had this phone for 2 years, bought 3 replacements and all them had the same issue. Sim Card error, even new sim cards wouldn't work, left my phone completely useless for intermittent, unannounced periods of time. Sometimes I would spend a full day thinking my phone is working when it actually has set itself to airplane mode. The screen cracked twice from 2-3 foot drops, the apps fail constantly and restart the phone, and of course the phone sucks down data, costing you more and more in data to verizon. Worst phone I have ever owned and when I first bought it I thought it was God's gift to Tech. Turns out it is just poor design

ur phone is from at&t or other netowrk so it also comes with 8gb
mine is also 8gb
its a refurb sort of version that is also working nice..no problems

hi, i have HTC verizon 8X, issue is SMS not sending, sometimes it shows try again and some times it send and sometimes it shows that msg sent but others cannot recieved. pls help me

i have htc 8x but have some issue .. its on of button is not working . can you please tell me what i do..i check with mechanic he said on off button need to be change can you tell where i foud the button.

any one help me .bcz i bought htc 8x 2 weeks ago the problem is that its shows only 8 gb memory in it but i noticed that htc 8x not come in 8 gb its only 16 gb . total memory show 8gb what am i do
