Like other smartphones, HTC 8x should have google play app on it, to give access to Users for installing android apps... Though apps (on HTC) are very good but still apps (which are available on Samsung Galaxy or Sony Xpersia and other sets popular in the market etc.) are not available on this set... I will request the administration to please consider this addition to make it best smartphone in the world... Thanks alot

Just make a new Microsoft account from your laptop and sign in from your HTC.

Guys i'm sharing my personal experience after using this mobile for an year, HTC 8x is a good mobile and there are some problems also, there is no proper updates for OS from HTC. Nokia are updated to 8.1, no new update from HTC till now and there is no apps from HTC store where nokia has 100's of application for windows. We unable to block any unwanted calls (No option present in mobile).Ear volume went down after 6 months(couldn't hear anything while walking on the road). Battery will die if you browse/Whats app for 4.5 hrs.Unable to listen songs while playing games, when song gets change, game will close off automatically.
Things i like most in this mobile is camera clarity,Mobile will not hung (Instlled 10+ games and many apps) and Sensors

Hi guys dis phone does not support gps without internet like other lumia windows phones, so what is benefit pls buy android phone and install "WP LAUNCHER" dis will give u d same look as windows phone.

hi frends, ihave htc 8x almost 1 year using .2nd time got problem same phone will not turn on just on display htc then shutdown. one time idid waranty piried done from htc . very hard here in saudi arabia no any outherised center in eastern providance? last time sent it jeddah but warantyperiod is finish what iwill do any opinion?

hi guys, i have a question that i bought htx 8x yesterday but it is not sending my msgs as it shows msg sending failed try again n again n again this notification, i checked the msg centre num but it is all right. pls help me solving this prob.
