I bought one 2 years ago. nice device. two weeks ago it turned off while in use. just dead! tried everything. took it to service center and still no any news. its definitely my first and last huawei....

Already update my mate7 tl10 to MM....and really amazing...battery life better than kit kat... performance improved....

After inserting the sim2 it wasn't recognized by the phone. I realized that it also didn't have the sim card management in the settings. What do I do? or how do I enable the sim2 slot?

I got this device few days ago. Everything is well but when check about built-in hardware by CPU-z, Antutu and System info droid then found GPU as Mali T624 not Mali T628 which described in Huawei official page.
My inquiry is: GPU is Mali T624 or T628

My Mate 7 firmware is MT7-C900B512
The Rom is ok? isn't it beta version or something?
Cuz I feel camera shoots very bad quality vids at only 8mb/s . quality is sucks
Which Rom I can upgrade?

i have been using it for past 2 years....still it is one of the best phones i have used upto now...is their any news about nougat update for it????if it so then their is no need for me to search for another phone for 1 more year...

2G has gone from Telstra and so has my work number. Telstra told me this would be ok, but no it's not. Has anyone got any idea as to having both numbers working?

Huawei mt7 is the best phone, I have used so far. All the features are amazing.can you imagine, the phone fell In water and it still worked perfectly.

I might be off track but to upgrade the Ascend Mate 7 to Lollipop isn't as straight forward as I thought it would be. You might have already worked this out but I will share my experience anyhow.
To upgrade to Lollipop you have to download a file from the Huawei customer support website and copy the zip file onto your sd card (dload) and do a special local upgrade. This is strange but it is just the way it is. There are plenty of youtube tutorials on this. It isn't difficult (now that I have completed it - but it was something I had never done before). Ensure that you go to the huawei website yourself and search for the correct file that suits your model. You can find your model by going to Settings,(right down the bottom) it says About Phone. Do not click on a link in a review or you tube tutorial (in case of viruses etc). And read the instructions as I unzipped the file before I loaded it onto my sd card on my phone. This is wrong. But I did manage to sort it and I am not technologically minded. After the lollipop is loaded it is just a matter of selecting upgrade again on your phone and it upgrades it then to Marshmallow. I hope this helps. PS just do a bit of research first and have it straight in your mind what needs to be done and don't deviate from your plan as you need patience as it took a while for the upgrades to finalise. Ensure you have full battery and something else to do as do not sit there and stare at the upgrade - you will go mad as it took quite a while.
