Gerald , 17 Oct 2018Huawei is getting better especially with this device, also ... morei agree with you bro but there are a few things i dont like from huawei:
1. i hate that notch
2. their flagship phones dont have sd card
3. they took off the headphone jack to force us to use wireless headphones
the good thing:
1. i love to see that they are using oled screens thats one of the reasons i love samsung
2. they have their own chipset and its very fast thumbs up
3 the camera is great they take good pictures
but i will still will not change my note 9 for this until they fix their mistakes dont get me wrong am happy for them they are doing great...

JOHN, 17 Oct 2018jajaja bro you make me laugh they may be winning in the mar... moreHuawei is getting better especially with this device, also take into consideration huawei isn't allowed in the US market, but ask yourself this, If they was i recon they could beat Samsung in the mobile market and easily thrash Apple. Me personally I'd buy this phone over the Note 9.

Flydog, 17 Oct 2018Type-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapterNo. It will destroy the phone's connector if you listen music daily. The 3.5 mm jack is much more tougher than the usb-c connector. Better use a bluetooth portable headphones amplifier with much better sonic performance, like Fiio BTR 1, BTR3.

40 watts fast charge will kill your battery. In 12 months will loose 20% of capacity. After 2 years the battery will be dead. In night mode with only 10 mp and f/1.7 is still under S9 and Note 9 with 12 mp and f/1.5.

There's infrared blaster but no FM radio. Doh!
Mate 20: LCD, headphone jack, smaller notch, rear fingerprint sensor, 4k mAh battery, IP53 water resistance, no reverse charging.
Mate 20 Pro: OLED, no headphone jack, bigger notch, display glass fingerprint sensor, 4.2k mAh battery, IP68 water/dust resistance, has reverse charging.
I want to see a comprehensive camera review and comparison with the other 2018 flagship phones, with the Oppo R17 and also with the Huawei P20 (Pro) released earlier this year. The triple rear cameras are interesting.

And that Nano SD Card ... moreIt wouldn't be so bad but they've really put their foot in it with that price......600 euros maybe 700 ....no more. Why buy that when the PR20 pro is still a valid phone and going down in price. I'm not interested but just expressing an opinion. The camera is the strong point....we don't need to fork out 1k to get a great camera.

Reading. Commnt is not essential, lot of complaint....make your own phone loosers, and put 100,000Mah batt, all the side of phne have phonejack with minimum 300dB.
