Its just that i observed lately that it charges longer than usual and I noticed that the status is Charging only and not Supercharging anymore. Using this same charger to my wife's Mate 10, Supercharging is working on her phone. Is there a setting on my phone that i changed? Kindly advise. Thank you.

If your phone is MHA-L29 or MHA-L09, we won't have Android 9 update as yet. Our phones are so called "Overseas Version". No Android 9 update insight. All we can do is wait.

Those 5A cables have purple color connectors, i.e. the blue color for the USB 3.0; the white for the USB 2.0. It's the cable's problem. That's all there is to it.

Anyone here experiencing that the supercharging is not working anymore? I can only see the normal Charging status. I tried my wife's Mate 10 to charge on my Mate 9 charger and she gets the supercharging; so the charger is not the issue. Any advice? Thanks.

I bought the phone on release and I have not received one update, not for the Android software and not for EMUI. I spoke with online support via the HiCare app and they basically told me that Huawei and the phone carriers in Argentina made a deal to not allow updates through because the phone is not available in Argentina by the phone carriers. My phone is fully unlocked. I bought it in New York. This is ridiculous. I am never buying another Huawei product because of that shady move. I can't even update with FirmwareFinder. I'm still on the factory version of the Mate 9.

My stock launcher keeps on reseting its homescreen. It keeps on doing it every time I costumize it my way. Anybody else having this problem. If so got any fixes? (other than install a different launcher)

Hi, guys. Despite all news about Huawei, given a few factors (16:9 screen ratio, audio jack, metal build) I am considering buying this phone. However, I did not manage to see it in person. So, can anyone tell me if the grey version has the glass on the front gray or black?

I've tried every method including hi care and firmware finder. Firware finder said the firmware is not approved for installation. Region - Malaysia. Anyone help??
