actually, battery last little longer in pie than in oreo, and everything is better. Do factory reset after update.

I am totally exhausted because of this issue would some body tell me the method how to downgrade to Oreo..???

              Am I the only one facing this issue?

              This phone was super good until EMUI 9 (Android 9) hit it and from there onwards it is all disaster. Available RAM is around 700MB with no background running app. Use camera for 2 minutes and it is oven hot. Because of lower available RAM the phone is very slow and keeps on exiting the apps. Tried hard reset, rolled back to EMUI to 8 and then upgraded again but nothing worked.

                  Android 9 Pie update on Mate 9 is a very nice update. the phone run fast and smooth. it's like you are having a brand new phone in your hand. everything was changed and i loved it. the only thing that i don't like about the new update is GCam, it's not working on Android 9 update. does any one here knows how the GCam works on Android 9? could you please share the tweaks to us? thank you!

                          Just receive the update for Mate 9, Android 9 and EMUI9.0.1. The interface totally changed, and it looked fresh. Just that it is quite non fluid as the first day I got the phone. Interface become less fluid, less smooth. Other than that, the camera stays strong, the only reasons I’m staying and maintaining this phone after 2 years.

                            Here is my story in short, when i tried all the possibilities without success i found the serial number is fake that's why Huawei technical people cannot send or push the update.

                            I contacted Huawei customer service and told me to do so. Moral of the story, contact them and they will ask you about all the information in your mobile and wait their feedback.

                            Their customer service is the best.

                                After I upgraded to OnePlus 6T, I noticed that all the Bluetooth issues I had with my smartwatch disappeared and the watch battery life has drastically improved. From 6-9 days to over 2 weeks on a single charge just like that. This remains as my backup phone, even if it has charging issues.
