Hans, 05 Jul 2022Do not buy this phone if you are a gamer because you will b... moreidk if you made that up but that's not true for me. i play mlbb and codm with ultra settings. MLBB plays smoothly on higher graphics but it tends to heat the CPU since it uses a lot of graphics workload.

I'm using this phone for four months. First days bought of this phone, I underwent some experimental functions for some apps so I can identify which apps that requires GMS or not. Around 85% works without GMS but most of it requires Google Firebase Notifications to work with certain apps. So that's why I installed microG. If the app is GMS heavy, then there's Gspace. You can download the app from the app gallery

The Snapdragon 778G in combination with the Adreno 642L CPU is very good. I play games like WoT Blitz ,Pubg Mobile, CoD Mobile and Asphalt 9 without lag. Playing Pubg on higher graphic settings without lag is great on this phone. The nova 9 also handles Ppsspp games very good. I think this phone can be recommended as a gaming phone if you are on a tight budget. I was lucky and found one for €150 as a refurbished phone in very good condition. Nevertheless, the price of the nova 9 has dropped a lot lately due to the missing google play services, you can find a new one for about €200-250 or even less here in Europe. This is a bargain price for a phone with the Snapdragon 778G. It was too expensive for €500 when it was released but nowadays its a lot cheaper. I would give it a try even if it is missing google play services. You can install almost all apps/games.

Do not buy this phone if you are a gamer because you will be disappointed because whenever I play Wildrift, CODM, or MLBB It'll fookin lag like HELL

This phone is such a beast.. Especially when it comes to battery life, display is excellent, performance is topnotched, camera is superB.. All the things i want on a phone is here.. My previous phone is mate 30 Pro and samsung S20 Plus. All i can say Nova 9 is way better than my previous phone. Perfect phone.
