I used to love my Huawei P10 but its 1st of September today and I am still not getting Android oreo update or security update at least, my patch is since july 2017 its real shame !!!!!!!!!! Very bad if talking about updates otherwise a good phone

Does any of you have a problem with heating? I feel my phone is warmer on the back and it bothers me. The temperature of the battery is around 38°C.

lorraine , 07 Aug 2018The phone isn't great with headphone in, it sounds rubbish ... morePerhaps problem with your headphones. I have this phone and the sound is awesome. Phone connects via bluetooth to my car and plays music no problem.

The phone isn't great with headphone in, it sounds rubbish and wont play my music app through the car or maps. i never had this problem with my iphone. id never buy one of these again. BIG let down.

I am a big fan of huawei but now its kinda fading my interest in it.
I use p10 now and i m not too much happy about how much battery last, and its only 3 months old phone.
15% drains within an hour by using just web browser.
Camera is great
Performs well
Handles all games easily
Love the look
The only reason i bought it to last battery atleast a day but i cant make it
P10 lite was well off

This phone came out with android nougat. Huawei promises two years of update (iirc) meaning it will receive android P.

I've been content that I'm getting sim free open market phone with updates available directly from Huawei. I've found later that I've been sold a brand new phone that is branded to one of the polish carriers and they very rarely issue updates eventhough Huawei supplys them regularly every month. Mine P10 is stuck on nogat with January update. I've been told that a new update is due this month but I'd not in sight her...... by contrast my Honor 8 has been receiving updates every month during that time

i have VTR-L09C43B171 and i still didn't get oreo to this date; the phone is great , but the battery life isn't that decent , kinda disappointed but i still love it !

This is for my heavy usage: internet, social media, camera, photo editing, some calls and messaging, etc I usually charge my phone once a day but sometimes, especially when doing video calls, it needs some extra 20min quick charge. I'd say that it should last about 3 days with very light usage. My previous phone was slightly better in standby but drained much quicker with any type usage. The difference is enormous in video call, my old one 1+h, P10 3h. P10 really shines in heavy usage and charges so quickly, within my coffee break I get about 50%
