I have a Mate 10 Pro.
I went through the photo comp of gsmarena to compare the Mate 10 pro to the P30 Pro.
What I found out is that under good lighting the Mate 10 pro is way better than the P 30 Pro.
The opposit is true in low lighting.
The images appear more blury on the P30 pro ...
I was considering updating ... WAS ... not anymore

S10+ vs Mate 20 Pro :
WAY better = Speakers, Video both selfie and rear camera, Dynamic range photos , Panorama photos, ONEUI vs emui, Headphone jack, Autorotate sensor ( in Huawei it takes 2 sec to respond) , Allways On Display - notiffications and options, Contacts app ( way more optimised for the ones working with a lot of people) ,
JUST Better = Display, Daylight photos, Ultra wide photos, More vivid color photos, Weight - lighter, Resale value, Premium image to other people ( 90% asked me about S10 vs 5% about Huawei...) , Display in sun light, Heart rate senzor, Darkmode, Photos shot suggestion mode - addictive, In display fingerprint sensor ( both are slower than a regular fingerprint. S10 DOESN'T work with wet finger as they pretend, BUT it is faster than Mate 20 Pro . I suggest to register same finger as 2 different fingers )
Mate20 Pro vs S10+ :
WAY better = Battery life ( S10+ exynos bearely makes it the entire day, when with Mate 20 Pro I still had 20-30% left) , Zoom Photos, Night mode, Ultra fast charging , Connectivity call signal, wi fi, lte , bluetooth, Ergonomics of buttons , Wide size of phone, IR Blaster,
JUST Better = Sharper photos, More natural photos colors , Cheaper, born fast stay fast ( as new after 5 months of heavy use. All my previous Samsungs were lagging after 4-5 months)

Remember, "prevention is better than cure" that applies also to your phone.
Prevention is better than repair.

can somebody tell me what maybe the cost of replacing my crack screen into this phone?i accidentally drop my phone from the table awhile back then my screen is shattered. im in pain i buy this for more than a thousand dollar. makes me cry.

why is it that ziess is better than leica?
90% of eye checker machines are using ziess optics the rest are canon and nikon. why leica is not around if people are hype with this one.

sony xz2 premium is better than this one even in low light. this phone uses Sony IMX. thank to sony this phone makes it possible

This phone has everything I'm searching in a phone currently, it's just perfect. But I will buy Samsung S10+ just because Huawei doesn't have proper after sales service in my country India.

Shui8, 06 Apr 2019My older Honor 8 Pro, my wife Mate 9, both are 2017 phone, ... moreyeah i can relate with the "as fast as day 1" you just said. my experience with samsung that i hope they will fix in the upcoming note, is that as time passes, they somehow slows down and the battery life? pheww...only good in its earlier life. i really do hope they fix that coz i really like samsung flagships. howver for the mate 20 pro, i can definitely say its the same fluidity and snappiness as with day 1 until now. too early to tell but its looking really good, no complains with performance and battery life whatsoever.
