Camera quality decreasing is normal for almost all brands. I used and still using Samsung phones and that was always the case. Bought p40 pro last year. Night mode is much worse than it was before.

This device will get emui 11 and there is support app too.
At least this is better than xiaomi for customer support, or you may end up paying so much for something like Apple Care.

Great mobile, btw all apps from the old mobile was transferred to p40 pro and the only Netflix was not working, but after installing from another market is working perfectly.

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2021I don't get notifications for WhatsApp unless I go in ... moreMine as well. But it only happens for the first few days. After less than a week, push notification working as normal. Same goes to every other apps.
Maybe its AI chip learning our usage pattern when using it first time (for battery optimizing purpose), after a while it goes to normal.

So my wife has transitioned from P30 Pro to P40 Pro earlier this week and the change was more straightforeward than we expected.
Phone clone took less than 20 mins.
Of the apps that were copied access only Wear OS failed to work - some complained about google play services not being available but worked anyhow.
Petal maps was not installed by default but now seems to work ok.
The device received 3 software updates totalling around 8gb - ending up with EMUI 11.
Setting the Huawei ID was a little awkward.
So off to a good start, less adverts it seems.

Amazing device. Great battery life, very good screen, amazing cameras and photo quality. I did not have any trouble with update and quality of photos. Lack of GMS is a flaw, but it can be bypassed by a lot of apps, and little bit of work around. I have had a Android One phone, before this, and didnt have any trouble changing the OS

Guys I'm experiencing heavy battery drainage on Xperia XZ I just bought it is 2nd hand and they upgraded it to Oreo eish can someone assist me here? Another problem is its battery is non replaceble
