Phone become hot when playing video, also while charging heat is more. Not getting any update in software compare to other model.
Must give good solution or call back all the phone and give new one.

Dnt buy lenovo products ever, it become electronic garbage covered by its looks :(

i requested to team of developers please provide updatation to marshmallow with VOLTE support as soon as possible for ZUK Z1, most of the smartphones are coming with this features now a days in low prices.

I agree with the openian it's very bad one. I advise that don't buy any Zuk mobiles. It not supporting LTE. Its work's only in cryogen 13.1 only. For that we have flash the mobile. Till now there is no update from company for Marshallow. Lenovo is dumping it all the waste in india

It reboots automatically plenty of times a day.(even while on a call the phone just goes off). Everytime it automatically restarts the touched doesnt work.
Touch screen suddenly stops working/gets hanged (with or without auto restart for which this oh is famous for)I have to restart it everytime this happens.
Finger print sensor stopped working suddenly.
Now the latest problem is all my incoming calls r getting rejected automatically. No call blocking or network error. I am able to make calls/receive and send sms's.
But incoming just won't work
Pls dont buy this phone. Worst experience ever.
Only the looks r sleek and nice.

And continues hea... moreTry to manually enter your APN because sometimes the phone tries to connect to data on a network that is not your actual network that's why it's getting hot when you are connected to data. And remember to delete all other APN that may be on your phone.

i just got phone for 10k , best price for these specification.. But i am thinking return the phone because of its heating problem. Phone gets temperature for normal activities like for calls and music play. I am also worried about the outdated Cyanogen OS as there is no support for this. If any one uses this phone for more then 6 months, post me weather is the heating problem is with the model or just may be the phone which i got.
