Don't ever buy this phone service center so poor.I trust service instead giving it to outside for repairing but it is 5th time i will go to service.furthermore they also replace your parts of phone for example I don't have any problem With camera they put some defective part of other phone now my camera is foggy .

Heating,hanging,mic,camera problem etc. So guy don't ever buy zuk either any lenovo phone.

I'm using lenovo zuk z1 from last 4mnths.... good product and build quality also nice. and performance rating 4 out of 5.
but there is no update available for zuk z1.

The worst phone. Not working properly while calling automatically switch off and after restarting screen stops work , sometimes network not connect .

Worst phone, It is restarting daily atleast 6,7 Times. And mainly when we cut a call. Till time after buying this phone will not gives any updation to solve this problem.. dont buy anyone please dont buy a cyanogen phone. I have used yu yureka also but that phone also having restarting issue. Dont buy this zuk and any cyanogen.

Bad phone I ever use in my life built quality is not good LCD is too sensitive camera not good bugged software installed network problems and boot and stuck problem in CyanogenMod never ever recommend no resale value I buy 24,000 Rs pk and sell 10,000 so plz be carefull

My zuk 1 Bluetooth is not working. After 2 months of purchase I tried to connect it with smart watch but Bluetooth is not responding. Does it have any remedy to counter it or is that hardware issue. Waiting for expert advice

I really cannot confirm any of the big issue's reported here like fingerprint/home button not working, heating issue's or unstable connections and or rebooting problems etc.
My first ZUK Z1 is more than a year old, the second is 9 months and both are having no issue's.
Maybe the first production batches where better than the newer production batches I don't know. Software glitches do exist in COS 12.1 and that's where its weakest point is, Cyanogen OS. Also support for COS has ended with the end of Cyanogen itself. For that you can flash other rom's...enough to find on the net.
I prefer to stay full OEM as I want full control over both sim cards.

Gud perfomance..but no gurantee to our money...no services available for customers..i purchased phone from amazon in july..the life of my phone is only 2 month...

Too much heated while using if travelling network not stable. During calling it heat so much you can't place it on your ear. No 4g supporting volte in it if you use YouTube after 10 min it restart MX player also not run good.
Its look like I waste my 11000 rs.

am using this device from last 4or 5 months its really awesome. long battery backup awesome speed no lag or hang no heating issue. no signal issue. people who complaining about hang power off heating gonon this link https://forum.xda-developers.com/zuk-z1/general/lenovo-zuk-z1-official-zui-2-0-069-t3411851 and flash ziui its official stock firmware zuk z1 with Marshmallow and enjoy the real taste of this device.

Really disappointed by this set, it is a bunch of BUGS....too many apps hang on this, no long battery backup, notification draw does not come by sliding down. "Lenovo team" it is the worst experience for me.
