I can't login on facebook on my phone, always show sry enable to login plzz check ur internet connection, my internet connection is gd other apps runs and works very well, and connect the phone with other phone hotspot and WiFi Facebook does work well.

I dont know why people are against zuk ...this mobile is still one of the best mobile in this price segmanet...e.g..guys tell me any mobile below 200$ which has got ois..moreover 3gb plus 64gb...only the thing i domt like its signals drainage....

Purchased before 12 mnths after 8 mnths when i put jio sim it starts lagging aut. Switch off and on when i went to service centrr they told me its a manufact. Issue so plz dnt buy lenovo,xiaomi or vivo phone its worst and worst service they are makin us fool nothing else

To buy this phone is totally waste of money. I bought this phone last year in may. After 4 monthes i inserted jio sim and it started to behave abnormally like switched off/on, sim disconnecting, hanging etc. Then after 10 monthes, it suddenly went on aeroplane mode, i rebooted it and it got ok but next day it went again on aeroplane mode and this time for permanently. I visited its three different service centre but none of them consider my phone in warranty, and told me the reason of issue is...liquid, load on phone etc.
Then i searched the solution on fb, youtube, google....i found so many people with the same issue with this phone, and same experience with its service. Now i reached on the conclusion that....this lenovo company and its product and service are so pathetic. They are nothing but looting the people. Customers are looking for caring but they dont mean to them. Worst experience with lenovo on my very first time of its product and its service.

Hello guys i am ramdev i purchase lenovo zuk z1 in oct 2016 after few days i am facing some problems but i ignore and after 4 month a major network problem arise due to which aeroplane mode active every time since February i have given my phone to care three times but their executives doesn't able to solve the problem and if company doesn't have any solution of this problem every time they change motherboard.
So i request you guys please don't buy lenovo's product any more because they doesn't provide good services they don't know value of our money (fully waste of money).
Whenever i watch my phone i want to throw it in gutter but then i remember that i buy it with my first salary so i can't.
I also request lenovo to solve my problem or tell me what i do otherwise i am going to consumer court.

Hi Guys...
i used this phone last one years... and facing little bit problem in some time but i am format my phone and update again automatic mode now the phone is working superb great features good battery life.. camera quality is excellent... i suggest you its a great deal if you buy this phone...

Fringerprint is not working anymore now... Its not scanning my finger. As if the home button does not support fingerprint scanning anymore.. Worstest phone ever.. Please inform if there is some option to fix this scanning issue.

Though screen & camera is good, it has irritating software issues. Mine started telling ' trebuchet not working' & phone testats automatically when most required.

Guys , Never buy lenovo phones. Its a cheap Chinese crab, Zuk z1 is also a worst phone I have . having front can issue. Finger print not working after few months. Service center experience was also not satisfactory. Due a minor dent , on corner, not on screen and touch. They void my warranty.
Plz guys don't waste ur money and time . worthless phones ever I used.

Hey guyz,even I m facing a lot of issues with this phone,now I m really fucked up,I bought this phone in july 2016,n for a while like 2-3,it was really working well,after that I started facing some issues like after ending up calls it hangs,So later on I heard there was an update to marshmellow,so I updated to marshmallow using C4etech's(youtuber)instruction as he uploaded a video in youtube,So after thr update to marshmallow,I was so glad,as so many features were newly available,fingerprint scanner was working well like 1to1-½ month,after that I noticed that some issues on fingerscanner,I wasn't working well,instead of unlocking in the first attempt,it used to get unlocked in the second,so for a while I stopped using fingerprint like 7 days,later when I went to set up fingerprint scanner in the settings, I was soo shocked as the fingerprint scanner option wasn't there, I don't know how it could vanish off so easily,I thought this issue was there oly in my phone,later on I saw so many people complaining about fingerprint scanner on zuk z1,from then I didnt even update to any updates which I used to get in my phone,can somebody please tell how can I update my phone to pure nought 7.1 without any issues
