I just bought this phone for $ 689 SGD in singapore.
and I took him to Indonesia. because of high taxes in Indonesia the price soared to $ 893 SGD.
overall, this is nice phone.
decision to replace Aino with BL40 is very precise. I liked all the features of Aino. but I have trouble with the keypad is relatively small and uncomfortable. my thumb feels tired.

nice phone, was about to buy, looked at the size, 128mm long? that is a "surf board long" how would I carry it? and where? Anyone owns it and is OK with the size of it?

Owned the phone for 3 weeks now. Email retrieval is so painfully slow. But overall a good phone.

Take my advice buy toshiba tg01 its much better thatn this phone. You will be better off.

Overall its a good phone with the voice quality tht u get while talkin is pretty clear nd nd the phones vry attractive.

I just bought the phone and its super great!
Good Points:
- Size is just right, very slick, unique design
- Images are super rich in color and sharpness
- Interface is very easy and user friendly
- Managing your contacts, music and other files are superb
- Speed is ok, tolerable
- Internet browsing is ok, tolerable
- Camera for photo and video are ok, you just need to know the right settings
- Price is just right compared to other high-end phones
Bad Points:
- Battery don't last that long, you need to recharge every now and then
- Fingerprint nightmare
- Radio is hard on getting the stations' frequency
In Philippines, when you ask the price from the mall, the usual answer is P29,000. I ask the lady if there is a discount when I will buy it in cash, I was able to get it at P25,700 - not bad, compared to other high-end phones. :)

I recently booked my tickets through the phone nd shows u the seating arrangements tht u wuld like to see the movie nd u culd select which cinema u wuld like to see the movie as well. The processor is a 512 GHZ and has a 256 MB RAM.

Actualy LG is not as big as you think, especialy when you compare it to the Omnia HD or even the Iphone.The Chocolate is very slim and fits in your hand very nice(my hands are average size).The UI is slow but not painfuly slow and it more than makes up whit its smooth animations and great looks.So the question is Apple or Chocolate(I personaly prefer sweets to fruits:)

Thank you for posting the specs. Still would like to know what processor it uses? The LG website is so bad I can not see anything but flash animations there. Makes me reluctent to buy LG :(

people trash X2 and X10 for their high price while phone like this cost 560 EUR and X2 who just got released cost 490 EUR
