great phone
moved from note 5
very satisfied
great perfect 8 mp camera for landscapes
but only one question
first there was 2 options at dial pad
green for sim 1
red for sim 2
after small update only 1 grean for sim one and i have to pull down the notification bar to change between 2 sims ..
any help??

As to why that is, I would say it is mainly down to the flawed 'modularity' aspect. It's was poorly thought out and very badly implemented.
It's a shame as from all other aspects the G5 is a great device that's competes nicely with the completion in a lot of areas.

Its now safe to reckon that this phone has failed, LG has fired its lead designer, as it has failed the expectations, failed the sale numbers, failed to gain the customers respect, failed to make an impact. The only field that didnt fail, was the early reviews that created those expectations and gave that false sentiment of superiority, i wonder what was it, the push from earlier LG flagships, or some bribing?

There some reasons it hase some poor sales
Design-people would rather choose to show the antenna to have a premium feel instead of plasticy paint and the camera
Modularity-people dont want the idea of turning it off and back on and the Moto Z has so much better modularity and Mpto Z can support 3rd party modules
UX-people love the app drawer and the ux is cartoony
Battery-so poor and people just buy the S7,S7 edge,P9,HTC 10,Mi5 and many more flagships
Im a LG fan but now bye bye Lg im a HTC,Huawei,Xiaomi, and Samsung Fan

i'm using Lg G5 since 3 months. since somedays my charging process is very slow even when connected to my fast charger. any idea whats happening. thanks for helping me...

Wouldnt call the LCD screen future proof in any way, im torn between this the nexus 6p and the huawei p9! nice to read some good owner reviews for this handset though.

Excellent phone. Only drawback I have found is the screen has spotted and I have no idea how.

I dont have any regret buying this phone, in fact i am very very very proud owner...i have in my hand the future proof phone and being followed by many brands, till next year with all the same features included plus water proofing...thanks lg...

Then you can gain access to the the phones internal memory or sd card and just drag and drop files/music/video etc to and from the phone.

The bending test no pass, check from the youtube the LG G5 show the battery modular broken at first, it is not necessary put the phone in a jeans pocket.

Can you please tell me about the mobile I am a kind of heavy user eg music gaming social apps and YouTube will it give me a full day without charging and what about its music volume will lg G5 be perfect for me or iPhone SE
And do the modules come out of the box

thaied, 20 Jul 2016Nice. thats the way it should be but I get no msg's no popu... moreIn that case, download LG Bridge first from LG website and install. Then connect G5 thru USB to PC. LG Bridge will automatically install USB Drivers.
Further, when you connect G5 to PC, then in G5, pull down notification bar and you will see the message :
Charging only - Tap to change the USB Connection.
Tap on that message and then remaining options appear.

Dont blame Lg for this matter maybe you bought the refurbished / use / defected g5 tberefore you encountered this problem

G5 H860. I get a lg.com support msg asking me for cam plus modle and Imei no's.
They come back and say ""take it to the Riyadh Saudi store where I"m at presently. They have no clue as thats why I"m online to get support !
Found the LG Smarltworld apk download site does not work. My phone widget connnected says; it only works with LG phones. YES.!!- I'm on a g5 phone and its not recognized. !! Everyone with a G5 should get on the smartworld web site. It will be the first and last time !
For travelers; would you not expect to get on any LG web site and fine your phone model. Not here !

i had to get the developer mode selection turned on with usb debugging on and all other options that should allow syncing to a pc etc.

I can't sync, tethere or get an apk's thru my pc.
2. I found out also there are 2 models of the Cam Plus since mine is not working. Also the apks or software versions can't be upgraded with any usb connection to the phone; unlike any other phone.
3. Getting the developer mode options turned on is quite a treat !! not one mention on an LG web site or in the manual. That must be on to usb into your pc for any sync''ing and installing new apps.
