Ikasamashi, 25 May 2018Non-removable battery = not buying. The days of the removable battery with the recent phones are long gone but I admit having the ability to remove the battery was very good indeed but having a water resistant phone is a major advantage in every day life I think.

I will buy lg g7 over s9. 128 Gb internal vs 64 gb on s9 in the usa is no brainer. Samsung is way overrated to many times I had issue with them glitching display on s5 and s7. Meanwhile my s6 DOL happened. It over me being Samsunged again!!

It is hardly enough for a poweruser, unless the screen is extremely efficient. They can't do magic, even with increased efficiency.

I Wait on review LG G7! and Battery life Endurance LG need 80h.

I have seen some reviews of the phone and i'm blown away by how louder the phone speaker is , even louder than phones with stereo speakers. I was going for the v30 but now I will wait for the g7. any thoughts guys?

I've seen some people complaining about the battery life however also consider newer SOC processor designs are more efficient ad use a lower power consumption. The newer design is more up to date however I would be interested in whether it supports Wi-Fi calling like some of the competition from Samsung and Apple

Currently I use the LG G6 which is is good although having a bit more internal storage would be good and RAM would be make it more usable. To be fair there is no slow down unless it's a battery hungry game which seems to be a constant sentiment.

With LG also producing ThinQ screens on their newer TV's I can see this new colour system being used for a while. Also think it has a brighter display however although wouldn't it been better to go for OLED in this case?

AI on the camera is welcome however I miss the laser-focus from the G4 which IMHO also produced excellent photographs in good lighting conditions. OIS is also a time saver.

Given the opportunity I would buy this straight out and use the G6 as my back-up phone. I like the interface on LG compared to others. Samsung has improved however I also felt there is too much pre-installed software.

I'm not too sure about the software notch however the separate power button on the side is a welcome addition. My initial impression is for first time LG smartphone users coming from other brands shouldn't be disappointed.
