Nice phone top-class hardware and beautiful finish.
It takes only two things to disappoint those so-called tech gurus.
1. A smartphone that doen't belong to Apple, Samsung
2. A smartphone that offers similar functionality but doesn't belong to Apple, Samsung (Those crying about 3000mAh battery on LG G7 suddenly fall in love with 3500mAh battery on Samsung Galaxy S9+

I really like LG phones and their unique specifications like wide angle camera, power button dedicated with fingerprint sensor, quad dac, modifiable system...
but now i am concerned, i didnt buy yet V30 because of its selfie camera, and now G7 appeared with different problems.
why i should prefer LG G7 to LG V30 (with twice price)
-Notch is not a problem, you can hide it
-too much buttons. i think most of us will prefer dedicated back side power button and didn't sure that i will ever use google assistant button.
-it is too early to comment about battery life of G7, but LG v30 have a very good endurance rating.
-display OLED or LCD it doesn't matter as long as it is enough bright and clear.
-both of them have good rear camera.
-i appreciate that G7 improved selfie camera. it is big plus
