in this phone 132 mp, this not enough to save on application, so i want to change phone memory application to sd card memory how to change to that

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2011my battery in gt540 doest last a day.. it drains too fast..... moreIf your not using them, try turning off Wifi, Bluetooth and GPS. Also, If you have any weather or social applications, try slowing the update rate, say, lets say your facebook updates every 15 minutes, try make it every hour.
Also, download a task manager and quit some applications you never go on. Although I wouldnt recommend task managers for day to day use.
The brightness on the phone is excellent as well, when I'm inside, I keep the brightness on 14 percent.
With all of this, my phone lasts about 3 days on stanby and the occasional text.
With medium to heavy use, (Music, app store, changing around widgets etc) I've seen it last 2 days.

I have this phone and it is the best phone I have had I recently had the I phone 4 but got this one instead and I have to say I much prefer this on.

..ad.. you shoud buy lg gt540 . I have it and its way better than any nokia. I upgraded it 2.1 and it works smoothly.:)

Between this phone, sony ericsson Hazel, nokia 6720 classic and nokia x3 touch and type, which one would u suggest??
i 'm more between this LG phone and SE Hazel, but i definetely need help! i can't make up my mind.. please somebody ....

mary anne, 22 Jan 2011Plz, help me i dont know where the profile?. I want my mess... moreIn the root of your SD card, create a folder called Media, and inside that folder, create another folder called Notifications(you can also add folders called Wallpaper, UI, Ringtones, for their own stuff).
Place your desired tones in the newly made Notifications folder, and in your main settings screen, you can select the Notifications sounds you want, for everything other than texts.
- this screen lets you select notifications for everything bar texts/MMS.
If you want to use a different text tone, than the normal ones, enter your text window(green icon on main home screen, and press menu, then settings, scroll down to ringtone, and it will show all the ones you have added.
This lets you use a ringtone for calls, in the main phone settings, a notification for everything(bar texts), and in the text menu, a seperate ringtone for texts/MMS, etc.
