You want video mp4 at 30fps, xenon flash, easy software update, thousands of programs, TV out cable in the box, 100 mb internal memory, great PC software... etc for the same price as this LG ?
You should have a look at Nokia 6220 C, that is the one i am gonna buy !

From the video file sample ball.3gp, the recording is 720x480 but only 3gp (not divx) and only 15fps...Should'nt be divx at 30 fps, the best quality ?

yes it does support TV out.
Although the phone does not come supplied with this and you will need to buy the lead separately.
