Anonymous, 01 Jul 2009im hoping that i will have this unit by tommorow. what is ... morefinally the wait is over, beautiful phone. very good with calls (outgoing and incoming), messaging and so as camera functions. the built is perect, cant complain. i dont care about touch screen, as i have said i have htc touch screen but never happy with it cos its annoying (slow, freezes, lags) and the other feautures which i dont really use majority of the time.

im hoping that i will have this unit by tommorow. what is hscsd and edge? and what are they for?
i have HTC touch pro, and realized that i dont really need those extra features thats why i couldnt be bother anymore as long as the design and built is very good (unlike nokia, design is good but not the built) and has reasonable camera, and is not slow with processing (calls, messaging and camera funtions). so, did i make the right choice? btw i paid for this phone only 234 australian dollars,was it a good bargain?

Having just just purchased this phone i feel its time to have a proper in depth review of it instead of the kind of reviews that say " got dis fone and tis good" or "it busted when i hit it wiv a hammer" or even the classic explains everything you ever wanted to know about it but were afraid to ask review " its crap"
So. this phone is a bizzare mash up of a touch screen and a keyboard, you may or may not find it easy to use if you have big fingers infact it will be impossible to use unless you have fingers, unless you use your toes but that another story and assume the user will have all there limbs in tact..
5 Mega pixel camera thats pretty good, but remember folks its not all about mega pixels that count, its about software, lens quality and such like,so dont assume anything.
video function is top notch it has qvga 320 by 240 size for 120fps slow motion recording and 640 by 480 at 30fps as well as 640 by 384 for widescreen aspect ratio.. these are the best video camera funtions although it has more sizes available.
using the phone is well like using any mobile phone, internal memory is 100mb and it can also take a memory card, the memory card sits inside the phone under the rear cover so its best to sync with pc instead of forever removing the back cover to take it out..
nice, solid feel, slimline and feels expensive to touch.
Its got games built in and a music player as well if thats your thing both of which work very well, all in all at the end of the day if your looking for a good all round camera phone with music player and can do great video then you wont go wrong with the lg secret

i have just ordered this phone, and after reading the review and opinions, I am happy i have made the right choice.

There's something important that I should mention about the phone. The USB sync. of the device with a PC is very not user-friendly. There are 4 modes that must be selected before plugging the usb cable in the device and connecting the phone to PC. And today there is a problem. I can't sync. it to my PC. The usb cable is properly plugged but the phone is blinking and beeping, alerting that a connection can't be made. Yesterday I've managed to connect them but it took me about 15 minutes. So irritating! Today I've inserted a 2GB microSD card and tried to explore the card through my PC, after selecting a "mass storage" and the problem occurred.

I bought this phone for my Mom. It's perfect for everyone who doesn't need a pocket pc. Great looks. Quality building. Nice touch screen. Cool touch-sensitive front panel with awesome ligh effects. Don't hesitate. For that money (130 euro) you wont find a better looking phone it that specifications. Tho phone isn't big and heavy too.

I've been using this phone for months, and am completely in love with it... Camara's good, sounds are good. I've dropped it quite a few times, and its as good as new, and i'm fairly rough on my phones... This is without doubt the best phone i've ever had. ^^

john, 12 Jun 2009is this phone strong? i am currently using samsung e250 whi... moreNo this phone has a tampered glass screen, so if you drop it, then you will break it, most of the touch screen phones have tampered glass screens so think twice if you drop ur phone alot, or becare full with this phone, as its a great phone and worth having it.

Great phone, i have been using it for last 3 weeks now, processor speed is great, user interface is greate,mp3 quality is great, battery life is also good. camera settings make brightness a little higher then you will have a great picture quality. have no problem with this phone, you just need to get used to of the touch buttons then you will be cruising.

put the phone in power saving mode, it will last for more than 2 days with light mp3 listening through the headset... the music playing time last up to more than 10 hours with a full battery
