Beware! Sure it looks great but I have had nothing but problems with this phone since day 1. Without even touching the keypad or the touchpad it flicks between screens, enters text and dials numbers all by itself! And if the demonic possession isn't enough, the battery life is very poor too. The only thing that can fix this phone is a hammer. LG should stick to making TV's.

    atiqa,

have you tried downloading the software onto your computer first? Then connect the phone to the computer and choose your songs to put in there moving the files to your phone, and im pretty sure it will play ;]

I went to a ASIA mobile expo in Delhi(India)And I must confess LG KG800 was indeed the Best looking phone. So iwas was more or less impulse buying of this Sleek And Slim Phone. Though it lacks expandable Memory But still 128 MB is enough. The network reception is Good (as some people has mentioned it weakas it all depends on your service provider) The feature of storing text files is good as I can view my notes on the go other +ve is it can be used as USB pendrive . Overall A Good phone to Buy Go FOT IT

I bought this phone for my wife because she really liked the design. I agree with all those who said the menu system is a bit on the odd side. My wife reports bad reception and frankly, that software for synching contacts just plain doesn't work.

The real positive side is that it's well-designed and the photos are alright. But that's all.

Simply...the best. I bought it last week and i can say it's awesome. The key pad is highly sensitive and that's what i find most fascinating. Incredible lighting and uniquely designed. There are times i just stare at it and relax. That's more or less the reason u need a cellphone anyway. It's like your third hand so u need to like looking at it. It doesn't have the best camera or otherfeatures but i would definitely prefer it from SE or nokia.

Nice work LG ---> u rock!!!

I've had my chocolate phone for about a month now and i think it's a great phone. When i was choosing it i was a little put off by the fact it is a LG phone (i usually go for samsung) but im definatly glad i choose it. The only bad thing i can say is that the touchpad is a little sensitive but you quickly get used to it.

Have had the chocolate for 1 month now. Key pad VERY touch sensitive. Cannot get GPRS started up. How do I forward business cards (through sms - NOT bluetooth)? Disconnect button sits right under my thumb! Plug-in button design dodgy! Will not be buying LG again. Going back to Sony Ericsson

                                        Hi,

Is there anyway you can extend the number of characters you can input into the telephone number of a contact stored onto the phone memory. It's max is 20, but as i predial a london number to make cheaper international calls the contacts telephone entry number is often 28-30 numbers?
                                        E.g
                                        NAME: "John - Predial", TEL : "020712345678pp00353123456789"

                                        Thanks,

                                        PJ
