It is a nice little phone BUT it has major issues with network. the screen freezes and the battery life does not really last as long. above that though can't really complain

I admit, great looking phone, for business use - SUX. Giving it to my wife - she is very happy.
My main issues...
- battery life (even with ext. battery)
- PC Sync Software buggy, doesnt work
- Frequent Call drops
- that stupid end call/power button conveniently placed where you put your thumb !!
- No bluetooth headset included (tightarses)
- limited functionality when connecting to TomTom GPS via Bluetooth.

I think this phone is okay. It is very sleek looking but there are more negatives than positives. I don't think there is a speaker phone which is a bad thing especially if you want to do business. Also the last thing is I don't like the key pad since it is touch sensitive.

GREAT PHONE!!! All the haters on here need to shhhh. It's a fashion fone. If you want features buy a fone thats featured! If you want a good camera buy a digital camera. If you wannna store your entire mp3 library buy an ipod! This fone is killer. I would recomend this fone to anyone. Of course if you want decent pics i would also recomend you get a digital camera....... Sickest fone i have had yet.

my phone LOOKS HELLA NICE, once i pull it out, i see eyes comin from every directions, but this phone got crappy video recording. it saves to some .3gp2 file and really bad/low quality, its very light weight and everything else is really nice about this phone

Had this phone for a week now.
Like the phone but have had a lot of issues getting the software to work, the manual could have been a lot better. And I found it frustrating that the LG sites have very little info/help for this phone, including links to an online manual that don't work.
A few hours spent searching the net has sorted most things out though.
A bit miffed after I found out the US and Korean version has a larger memory and memory card slot. Why weren't these included on the Asian/European version?
LG support has been non existant. I have emailed the HK office many times and the UK office a few times and have never received a reply.
I am a sucker for good customer support, without it I wouldn't buy LG again.

the screen is too touchy.....camera not very good... flash does not help... wouls not recomend phone to anyone.. very un happy

please can you help me, i do like this phone so much ( it's design ofcourse), and usually i just use the phone for talking and sending msgs, but all my freinds told me that lg are not good as nokia is, so i don't what to do , can any one advise me?

i think this phone rocks in the looks dept but its priced same as the nokia n72..and most people go for the more reliable feature rich nokia...i think the price should come down

I Love this phone- i dont know why people hate it .....i had this phone for 2 months now i have no problems ...got comments from everyone saying how much they like my phone..The design is crazy very sleek and thin phone. So PEOPLE advise get the phone and see it for your self. Guranteed you will love it.

I do like the physical appearance of the phone, its very stylish, but i think they have thought more about the actual exterior rather then the software itself. A few of the features suffer due to the style of manufacture, such as the memory. Other then this it is a nice phone

ugh, just purchased this phone today and all I can say is that I am having one problem after the other. my immediate complaints are as follows:
- no support for email (asian version only)
- "skippy", "glitchy" menu clicks with sensors
- horrible pc software that fails to work
that is all within my first 2 hours with the phone... until they begin to provide decent support for this thing, I would STRONGLY recommend that you look elsewhere.

This phone does no funny things while in your pocket. You have to hit the volume button twice to activate the phone when its in closed mode. The volume button is on the side, very small, and extremely hard to press twice in a row while in your pocket. This phone, however, is limited on the number of mp3s it can store.

i am scared to get this fone cause it looks so lovely antd tempting ..... but i really want a good fone that i can put good music on and that doesnt do funny things in my pocket when im not looking... what do u think i should do?
