I love this phone but iv had 2 in less than a week because when making a call, then could hear me but i couldnt hear them, im told its my sim card but im not convinced. for video calling can you use a picture from a mms sent or does it have to be actually taken with your camera. weill i keep this phone....watch this spacex

hello, i've gotten myself a chocolate. it's just simply slick, the design is 10/10. juz that it can be better if the sms interface could be like nokia, and the keypad is made of touch screen as well. the battery life is pretty short actually, need to charge like everyday if i play with the camera and mp3.
however i have a few qs. can i use my own mp3 for sms ringtone or i can only choose from the 4 default ones? and what is the default pin/password for the phone for Singapore? and does ur phone shows only the contacts in ur phone/sim when u choose the default memory to be phone/sim, cuz mine choose both even if i set my default memory to be phone.
still love the phone.

My opinion of the LG Chocolate, I have had 2 in less than a month and both handsets have been faulty. I am not impressed. The phone itself is good, the bluetooth is pretty poor as you cannot view other peoples files when bluetoothing to each other, unlike the samsung! The picture quality is very good, but between LG and Samsung, I reckon you cannot get any better than the samsung. The fault I have had on both phones is lack of any sound from the speaker when the handset is open, you can still dial out and other peolpe can ring you but you cannot hear anything that they are saying. The look of the LG is good the touch screen is good but on the whole I found it very unreliable, going to revert back to the Samsung!!

Does anyone know if the Choklit had a sms message counter other than checking online, so each month you can see just who many you are sending? I've found the call times but thats all. Thanks

dont you find having to polish everytime you use it annoying ? because of the glossy finish it smears at the slightest of touches.
Annoying after about 5 minutes

wow,lg!!! you guys have outdone yourselves this time.who cares about 3g when you have "chocolate".even my pals have become choc-a-holics!impressed!!!keep up the excellent work...i have used different makes of phones in the past, nokia,samsung and sony ericsson: very problematic, lg on the other hand, no issues!ask the repair centre in my region, nil or minimal comebacks on lg.....viva! lg-chocolate,viva!

Who cares if the chocolate lacks in features. It looks amazing! If u want a camera get a Kodak, if you want a MP3 player get an Ipod, if you want a phone get the Chocolate!!!!!!!

I have the LG chocolate and I really enjoy it - simple, quick interface. Easy to use. The only gripes, as already mentioned, include the low volume message tone and not being able to change the default 4; and the lack of speakerphone.
One thing I am desperately trying to find is a clear case/cover; or perhaps one of those protective shields like you get for iPods and PDA's. Any ideas?

Can anyone help me!!!...i tried to delete all of my old msg from my inbox, which are stored in my SIM card, but it keeps on coming back and at times it will ask me for a password. anyone know how it works???

i am currently using the KG800 it is indeed the most sleek looking phone i have owned the operting system seems to be up to speed. the attachments are nothing but pure quality well done LG You broke the mould when you made this fasionable handset

In order for you to attach a photo to your caller, you need to change the size of the shot to 72x72 then it will automatica lly add to your photo ID function.

Yes and it is so easy, to use the Photo CallerID feature, you must take photos you wish to associate with your contacts in 72x72 resolution. Once the photo has been taken and saved, go to Contacts and select the contact you wish to associate the photo to or select ADD NEW to create a new contact (please note that a photo can only be attached with a contact stored in the PHONE'S MEMORY and not on the SIM CARD MEMORY.

dont buy the lg chocolate, took mine back after 1 week, charging the damn battery is a hassle, specs are weak,the e900 looks and feels as good as the chocolate crap phone, purchased the e900 today.

had this stupid fone for two days but had to send it back. i would say in looks its probably the best fone out there but in functions and normal use its the worst one. if you are a regular caller then dont even think about it, but it can work for girls who only use it for show.

hay ASAD wake up this is only 1.3 MEGA PIXAL cam . i work for o2 and there not flying at all either ,
there flimsy and Lg are known for there h,s to brake down really easy ,, take care if your going to get one thats all i can say ,,,,,
