Aswell as phone call it also show messaging history & video calls

I've noticed that activating the camera causes the battery low deplete very quickly.

Been using this for a few days now and am feeling confused about it this is why...
Well mine is stable it has hang once or twice but show me any phone that does not restart its self once in a while,
texting is easy with the T9 editor,
The screen is unbelievable (awesome) for watching videos better than iPhone or iPod touch for that
Camera is good but no where near SE C901 or Nokia N82 but it has better video recording,
Wi-fi is good to have,
Fm transmitter is very cool and dead easy to set up,
Internet is quick and works very well with opera mini 4.2, but there are some apps that do not work very well with touch screen like Nimbuzz. Its got Hsdpa too
The battery will not last if u use all the features like wi-fi or gps or watching videos, but can go almost two days with regular use. Be sure to activate the ambient light sensor.
But, for me i still prefer phones with normal hardware keys...
U can't drunk text with a touch phone easily :-)
Also it does feel delicate and fragile, its light and has aluminum body panels it feels like it can break if it only fell once... The silicone case it comes with does help though providing good grip.
So at least for me mine is not that problematic so if u like touchscreens try it out

it says it plays 30 hr of music nd 3 hrs 50 mins talk time ...i guess thats enuf for it to stay 4 a day or two ..right ..i dnt talk alot i like showing of new tracks nd videos nd picz mostly so does it PLAY WMV ND FLASH and can u install programs from the computer ?

HTC good brand, OS windows mobile unstable, it sucks. Great smart fone for an intelligent smart user is 9700 Blackberry.. hands down.

I have bought this phone a week ago and i do not really like it.
i have had a major problem with it that is that when i put my headphones in then take them out the phone still thinks it is in.
i really need help with this problem
please post on this comment to say how i can get rid of the problem??

to all who saids that the battery life is low ,dont you people know that when you buy a newphone you got to let it charge a whole day not a few hours , try rhat so youwill notice that the battery life will improve ;-) peace

This phone is mostly rubbish. I t has a few good points such as:
Battery life seems pretty good (had it few months and it lasts a good few days at a time playing music and Browsing, texting etc.)
The Sound quality is OK. although i have never been one for picky sound.
Now the bad points!:
The browser renders pages that slowly its hardly worth using it at all.
it has extremely limited GPS. And sign of a wall or... piece of paper will stop it working.
The music player is really slow.
The auto rotate takes forever to change (even though in the developer menu you can see the axis cords changing to the slightest movement so its software level).
It just turns off and on again when it feels like it, often when browsing.
The SMS folder can only hold 100 msgs.
The email client just shockingly bad.
The slow level hardware inside the device is rubbish (the service manual - not available to phone owners - refers to a 200-300MHz CPU and and looking inside what looks to be an ATI chipset and graphics core. there is also only 138MB of RAM, with only 5mb of that open to applications.)
So overall I'm am very disappointed with this phone, I would not recommend it to anyone. It also prone to screen burn.
I'm moving to the HTC Hero soon, as HTC is a brand you can trust. I had my short stay with the rubbish phone makers, now back to smart phones.

i bought this phone few weeks ago..and yes, it was a terrible phone before i upgraded the firmware..the only thing remains in the phone is very slow web browser..it makes it almost impossible to surf the internet..
