No i wouldn't say it is a great phone i have had mine for only a year and i have already had to take it in twice.The first time because it kept on freezing on me and then again because the volume wasn't working. So i personally wouldn't recommend getting this phone. Rather get another one...

I've had this phone for a month and the radio does no longer work, when I switch it on, it say wait and then it closes the multimedia. Why is it doing that?

help me! Mine stops making a sound after some time and when you turn it off, then on again, you will hear from the speakers but it then stops after a while. should i change something with my setting or is this really a defect?

I am not happy and I will be getting a new phone soon DO NOT GET THIS PHONE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! :)

This phone is EXCRUCIATINGLY irritating. It takes three or four times longer to do anything than any other mobile telephone I have ever had. It cannot simultaneously allow you to text and to recieve a message, and whenever this happens to me, this phone turns itself on and off again. There is also a major lag on flicking out the keyboard, if that happens when you are recieving a text, your phone will not work for a couple of minutes. Also, dialling numbers is a pain, as sometimes this phone will make dial tones, and sometimes it won't, leaving a very awkward few minutes where you're trying to work out if the other person has picked up. Also, it is very easy to accidentally call people, as the lag on scrolling through numbers is horrendous. Also, sometimes it does not recognise that it is being contacted, and will not pick up the call. Another irritating thing is that the time to recieve the call is very short, maybe ten or fifteen seconds, resulting in a huge number of missed calls. Trying to delete messages is also ridiculous, and this happens frequently as the memory is awful. This is honestly the worst mobile phone I have ever used, and I wish I hadn't bought it.

I need proper headphones with a correct connector to this phone... isn't it micro usb b? The shape is somewhat similar but I'm not sure if it'll fit.

This phone looks really nice and has some cool features.. it turns itself off a lot though and sometimes goes really slow and if you text too fast it mixes up all the text you type. I got it fixed and already the faults have come back, I love the look of it and wish it would work but I just can't keep this unreliable handset! :-(

Worst phone ever! Its unresponsive and switches off when i play m4a songs on music player. The batery life seems to wear down after about 5 months. I dont recommend this phone to anyone!

I read many reviews and sometimes feel that people enjoy complaining, however on this occasion i can fully sympathise with those people who are disappointed with this phone.
This phone was brought as a christmas present for myself and worked okay for around three weeks. It then began to frequently switch itself off, during the middle of typing of text messages, during phone calls and at random times. Furthermore although sound was clear and fine on having excepted incoming calls, when making outward calls there was a very long delay (in which the person on the other side of the phone would have hung up). This was especially frustrating with being away at uni and wanting to keep in contact with my family. I then sent off my phone for repair after explaining all the phones problems, the phone was sent back to me and seemed to be working fine. However within 2 weeks the same problems occured. Having looked up other reviews, there is clearly a manufacturing/technial fault with this phone and i am surprised and appauled that it is still being sold. For the few positive reviews i have read i can only suggest that many have not had there phones long enough for the problems to occur. I recently discovered that a friend of a friend had sent this phone off for repair FIVE times. I would not recommend buying this phone.

Well LG KS360 is just a good looking mobile, but its very slow, camera is decent, it has a nice result, but i cant type on it fast, and another thing that it cant support messangers, i dont know can any please tell me that how can i use messangers like yahoo, skype, on this mobile.
