hey, i EXTENSIVELY did my research and i bought from a TURBO seller on ebay...
if u read some of my previous msgs on this board u'll see that ive mentioned that most electronics i buy end up being messed up in some way or lemons...i just have bad luck when it comes to these things..
so tryin to cover my behind...i did everything correctly....it was a brand new phone sealed in the box..i have read that some others have had this problem too...as it is only with the media menu.
the guy will replace the phone at no charge however i have to foot the bill for the shipping costs..and ive already paid to get the phone unlocked myself..it was locked tmobile uk...so he better send me an UNLOCKED phone.
im just beyond frustrated at this point. UGH.

Ull have to contact ur local service provider and get their home page and other urls replace these on the handset and it should work fine :)

Always buy from amazon never ebay cause they sell only defected and old fones that they call new, just 2 fool u to buy it. My phone works just like it should, no freezes, gr8 battery life and everything, get a refund.

hey i need some serious advice
i bought the phone from ebay..brand new
it wasn't unlocked so ive paid to get the code to unlock (which i shall receive tomorrow)
ive only had the phone for 3 days and have noticed on several occasions that the phone will freeze and stop responding and turn off after about a minute and half to two minutes when i go into the media menu (my stuff folder and the camera option)
has anyone else experienced this problem because I'm looking for compensation from the seller, either to replace the entire item or to refund me completely.

Buy it on amazon uk, unlocked it will work in d us its not cheap though :( -about £350.00, well u have 2 pay 4 quality. Ull need a credit card.

U can get it on d home page of microsoft, but 4 100% compatiblity and piece of mind ill advise u to get it from ur service provider.
@ any 1 thats interested in d viewty fm radio its much much much more better than i thought. U get d actual name of d radio stations and their schedules, just like a DAB radio and d signal is very good!

im in d uk( uk rules when it comes 2 mobiles, lol) Yahoo and msn messeger came pre installed. Also d full google package and skype, etc. Im on d 3 network and they preinstalled it,if ur in d usa and u buy it unlocked ull just have 2 download each of them, however d google package is always there. :)

does anyone know if the viewty can be used for instant messaging? (yahoo and msn messenger?) please help me i really want the phone...this is for t-mobile usa.

Yes u can take pics and vids wit d front camera, however their vga quality( very good compared to other vga cameras). And u can use d 5mpx 1 at d back 4 3g calls, and u can switch back 2 d vga 1 during d same call. :)

The sound is great anywhere, however obviously if ur passing by a construction site it will b harder 2 hear d phone( just like any other mobile). It issues a strong vibration when u have a call or message. I know it sounds like rubbish when u hear reviews stating how amazing d phone is and barely anything wrong wit it but its really that good! VIEW D NEXT TEHCNOLOGY! :)

Hi there KU990 owners.
Can somebody tell me how small your fingers have to be to use this phone. I watched a bit of the clip and it seems like you have to have pretty small finger?

hi...i heard that in noise places...the sound of the viewty is so soft that we don't hear it compare to other phone...i'm still thinking whether to buy this phone or not...got only 1 week left.......please give a good feedback....waiting for answers ..thank for all

the pics and vids are in different folders and u can create ur own. There is an mp4 button(d play botton like a camera has) that allows u to veiw ur pics and vids together in a gallery , thats d only time that theyll b together.

hi, i had a d900 and i had seperate folders for different pictures, like funny ones and ones from different times, like parties and dats out etc. but i then upgraded to a nokia n73.. all my images and videos are all lumped into 1... is the lg viewty like this or is it similiar to the d900. thanks Brody
