the media player is fantistic great sound quality! the ability to create lots of playlists is good and the quality of the slow motion playback is great thanks to the 120fps. also it has a shuffle system like an ipod shuffle

although be very aware of the addiction of downloading tracks from orange music store its only 99p per track but they all add up especially wen u get 5-10 a day

this is an absolute viewty of a fone (sorry for the rubbish reference!) i have had it for 3 months and it is hot everything on it is great and the browser on mine is super fast

cover protects lens from scratches, finger prints and dust. lack of cover can affect quality of pictures.

and about the lens cover: there will be Viewty KE990 available soon, it has the cover. so, one can replace the backside of KU990 with the back of KE990 ") i'm sure it'll match! xoxo ")))) then enjoy the phone with the protected lens!

ok, but thats 2 good 2 b true. pocket mobile is required, which this doesnt have. But with full internet it doesnt really need it.

2 anonymous: Spectec has made a micro SD Wi-Fi card, but still OS is required, so it has to do with PPC and PDA phones only. I hope they will produce the same card for just cellular phones. Then bingo! LG Viewty has Wi-Fi!

i bought my phone on 30th Jan 08... and i had sent in for repair on 12th feb 08 ~!!!!
bcos the touchscreen is totally spoiled ! wat i refer to is the touchscreen sensor ~ nothing can be "touched" ...
i had sent in for repair.. and now it is "hospitalised" bcos the spare part is out of stock, will only be in singapore eta 20th feb.. goodness !!!
seems like alot of ppl haf the same prob as mine ~ touchscreen prob ~
hope that when it is repair , it is more durable ~
but i mus say .. the phone is really awesome ~ esp the camera ! alot of functions ~ more imptly abt LG phones is that you can charge ur phone jus by USB cable to ur comp ~! simple and easy ~

u are right theres sd wifi cards available i just checked it out on d web, but they were mini sd cards, this phone uses micro sd. Furthermore an os is required this does have 1. Really good idea u brought up though. :)

2 anonymous: I know that Micro SD Wi-Fi cards are produced for Pocket PCs, but not sure that they are useful for cellular phones.

it was the most fantastic handset i have ever met i used it for just 2 months and it was stolen from my pocket when i went to the stadium to watch the football match between Ghana and Morrocco during the just ended Africa cup of Nations Tournament.Since then I have not being myself.My little boy and his sister are very very sad because they love it so much.Iam saving money to buy another one.

Even if theres wifi via sd card installion( which im sure there isnt) this uses a micro sd card- which is extremly extremly small.

Hey, guys! as far as I know this phone doesn't support Wi-Fi, but what about a SD Wi-Fi card? would it solve the problem if placed into the Viewty phone?

how many MB or GB can u use for this phone? For a memory card?
how higher the memory card does that mean that the phone works much slowlier?

Its an awesome mobile.... using it from a week almost.... Its basically a camera phone.... the camera functions are simply mind blowing - superb......everything else is as simple as other mobiles.... yah u can upload ur videos directly in youtube..... in built google options....
Overall - an awesome mobile....................
