If its 25k then LG Nexus 4(officially launched with India warranty). If you are looking at value for money and long term support, I'd say go for nexus 4. Gud luck!

Disadvantages:
1. Non removable battery(If device hangs need to wait till it responds).
2. No SD card slot(Only internal memory).

I just heard about in this phone is back glass panel is there when it get charged it may get over heat also...... Whether it is a false statement or wat..............?????????????
