Vangelis, 11 May 2013Guys I really need your help. I am thinking to buy Nexus 4 ... moreVangelis, No need to panic as most folks on this board never actually saw a Nexus4 IRL, let alone using one, So don't believe the B.S they write here and stuff they read on other sites being repeated.

We own two of these phones. I have an 8Gb ver and my bro has a 16Gb. I dropped mine several times and still no cracks on it. Have it in my pocket at work all the time and no scratches either. All I have on it is the OEM bumper case. Actually dropping this phone is not easy, unless you do it deliberately. Very comfortable in the hand and has a good grip to it. Did you know the white Nexus4 is coming out soon?! ;) Cheers from Canada

INNU, 13 May 2013i love the phone....even though i am not a gadget lover...s... moreSo my husband did thorough research to by me a new phone and came up with this phone...

Loved how quick it is to process information and how the screen is big enough to type quickly and watch videos etc.

However, because it is slighly bigger than your average phone, it doesn't always fit neatly into pockets, which for me meant I had to carry it around in my hands a lot of the time (meant to by a bag for it)... which meant I was often handling the phone and something else, which meant I dropped the phone when trying to pay for a ticket at a train station which lead to the back of the phone shattering. BECAUSE IT'S MADE OF GLASS. Had we have known it was made of glass, we wouldn't have bought it. Everyone drops their phone at some point. If you only drop it on carpet, no probs. If not, this phone will shatter. And don't forget the camera lense is on the back, so that could mess up your ability to take pictures.

What a shame. A nice phone with a REALLY stupid design flaw. Why didn't google learn from Apple who made the same mistake but then corrected it with a series of their phones?????

Wouldn't recommend this product based on the fact you will most likely drop it (as most people do - it's normal) and it will most likely smash and google will not cover you for it so you'll have to keep paying out to get it fixed.

You have no idea what your talking about. Obviously you have no idea between a single core and dual core. A quad core 1.5GHZ processor is way better than a 2GHZ single core, no matter which reality you live in.

Since Feb, i had this phone with me. excellent phone. got it from US 8 GB version. The phone is buttery smooth, top class response from screen. Rooted and removed soft keys, and using pie controls from LMT launcher, entire space utilized.

if you dont like cases, choose one x+ because that is made of aluminum.

Guys I really need your help. I am thinking to buy Nexus 4 but I am afraid that there is a problem with the glass. It's too fragile and the back glass breaks very easily. Is this true in reality? I am between nexus 4, galaxy S3 LTE and One X+. What do you think?

i got my nexus 4 several weeks ago, yes it does over heats, has moderate volume, and the glass front and back is alarming, the fixes, root your device, get a custom kernel that will take care of the overheating and volume issues, in addition to giving you a generous amount of freedom and creativity to theme and add personal touches to your device, and really let's you magnify your android experience, fix two, buy a case it is a high end device, and remember no cell phone is perfect it is all about preference ok

I love this phone it has all the good things that the expensive ones offer, and the phone companies don't ask for eternal contracts with the Nexus4. http://www.bell.ca/Mobility/Products/LG-Nexus-4 I'm very ok with the glass structure vs. aluminum (HTC One) for a difference of more than $250.
