I have already done those steps but it wont work on my Nexus 4. This happen when my Nexus 4 was fully charged, and im about to remove it from the usb cable, and the next thing happen is it was fully blanked i cant open it. And i try to charge again to boot up again, but all it appears is a red notifcation light. I Always charge my nexus 4 whenever it will go drain. I have tried charging it for more than 2 hours but nothing happens. Any other tips?

Mark, 04 Sep 2014Can you help me guys? I cant turn on my Nexus 4 even if its... more1. Remove the case off the Nexus 4. (Edit: If you don't have a case or bumper on your Nexus 4, you can ignore this step.)
2. Hold down the power and volume down buttons.
3. Insert the USB charging cable into the Nexus 4 while continuing to hold down the power and volume down buttons.
After a few seconds, the screen will display a green android and a menu of options. Using the volume up and down buttons, select the option to Start, then press the power button to confirm selection. It should display the home screen

Can you help me guys? I cant turn on my Nexus 4 even if its fully charged, and when i try to charge to make my nexus 4 boot up, all i see is a red notification light below! I cant open my nexus 4? Is my Nexus 4 broken or something? I try to do some tips like pressing the volume down + power button but its no use, i even tried to charge for 2 hours and it doesn't help. Please help me.
