I have a problem with my nexus 4. Once i make a call & it connects the screen goes off you hear it is connected or in process and the other person but you cant stop or manage it because the screen goes completely off. once the call is over you have to touch the off/on button and the screen comes on.Is it a software or hardware problem. Pl help.

dear freinds please help me in my nexus 4 i updated to 4.4.4 but there is many problems on that so want to downgrade to 4.4.2 so any one hepl me out how i do it safely & just send me link for supported software.
