pino, what do u mean by 'the translations are not
100% spot on' ? And is the best application to reduce the fuel draining too fast is set CPU ? Or there are others ?

curious pal, 20 Sep 2012pino, this phone already can be rooted now, right ? So, are... moreyes this phone can be rooted and the only obvious effect seems to be that it disables OTA firmware updates but you can stull load those manualy.

mat, 18 Sep 2012well pino, it 'almost' only. The absent of apps to SD and t... morethe lack of use for the real SD card is one of the points i like least of this phone also and i havent really looked into backup apps as i dont care a lot about them.
i use my sim for storing mumbers and the phone apps can be loaded fast trough the pc :)

Anonymous, 18 Sep 2012I have all 3 of the quad core phones - One X, $X HD and GS3... morethe LG has the better battery period the culprit is indeed the tegra chip and more precicely its the apps that use the tegra 3 @100% while only 10% is needed draining the battery.
but with custom apps this can be fully fixed.

I was thinking of buyng this phone, but what stopped me is it came before s3 and s3 got jelly bean already but maybie lg. Forgets its.. Phones after launch.i dont want too buy expensive phones with bad software support

So many issues with your post. You dont Find the screen to be of high quality glass. I'll tell you why.
1) it's because maybe you re suffering from eye defect. Or,2)you do not own the phone itself. For instanc you claim to own all the quads on the markt, hahah, who knows, you may also own optimus G?
To be frank, when i Looked at your post i can see nothing but a truly deceitful enthusiast.
A thousand and one people, even gsm arena appraised the screen quality of this phone, prefering
it over any of the current quads...oops.
You should've kicked the screen with your toes instead of knocking it with your nail, Lame excuses.
Listen up guys, this guy is a hater.
I've done a bunch of research on this phone, guess what? It's worth the prize, unlike s3. htc isn't going to launch at all in my country given that my country is not compatible with their mobile configurations and all that. That leaves htc out of the option.
I'm just waiting for 4x to launch in my country naija, oh god i'm getting it.
