An Awesome mobile... i purchased the mobile one week before. very much userfriendly to use and camera clarity is very vine with 8 mp.

Was going to get this phone, love the design and specs. After having Optimus 2x don't trust lg to update android. Got a nexus instead.

P880 had some bug like camera autofocus problem, touch respons but right now I found no single one. It's smooth, it's fast, very nice phone..

this because tegra seems to have issues with compatibility and game and app devs are to lazy to optimize the game vor tegra chips.
this isnt nvidia's fault but it does hurt there product overal.
i also hope they go the the 22 or at the verry least 28 NM chips so the whiners can stop complaining about there so called overheating which still is normal.
you should feel my quad core amd ''giggles''.
design wise lg is definitely heading into the right direction also people generaly seem to love there designs and hardware wise they also seemed to have fixed there flaws (gapless screens more ram).
the best thing they can do for 2013 is start communicating with the costumers (im still jobjess and availeble LG :P).
if they start giving out roadmaps for software updates even if they cant always stick to them the costumers will know what to expect and surely be more likely to step into the LG brand.
unlockingthe bootloader is also a gealbreaker for some people that rather have a custom rom so maby they need to consider that.
other then that i expect 2013 will be a better year for LG then 2012 was.
i atleast hope people will finaly stop blaming LG for the poor tegra 2 and the 2x speed whiners.
so LG my wishes for 2013 is communication communication communication and oh yeah keep removable batterys !
other then that LG is doing fine oh and make a andorid tv :)

Oh yes, LG have certainly listened, they are releasing 2 high end smartphones for 2013, one will be 4.7" and the other will be 5.5" which is the one I will probably go for as long as it has the tegra 4 chip. Also they will all have 1mm bezels, almost borderless, can you imagine that, they will look amazing, and of course they will both have 1080p screen resolution. They will also release a 7 inch 1080p tablet also with a 1mm bezel which is really good as most tablets look so ugly with their wide bezels.It's just a matter of waiting for the other manufacturers to come out with their 2013 lineup. Here's waiting.

LG is a very good company and really takes its customers feedback seriously. I had a problem with my handset and though I had issues with customer care once I wrote to them they really took a note of all my issues and listened to my handset problem and opinion with open mind. I think every company however big or small must learn how to listen to customer from LG.

The very b... moreall i can say is you must have had a bad demo phone.
but ofcourse you could have thought of that yourself.
as no company in its right mind would sell a phone with a unresponsive touch screen or laggy sliding.
maby your demo phone had verry old firmware or meby someone else that tested it killed the software which is often the case with phones that have issues.
people that create software issues should but apple devices really as that software cant be messed with as easy like with android.

Okay, already tried a demo unit of optimus 4x.
The very best thing I noticed (It's a MAJOR DEALBREAKER)
is that the screen is a bit UNRESPONSIVE to touch. Sometimes when It don't respond to touch, the screen lags a bit when sliding on the homepage and occasionally accidental press on apps while sliding on apps menu. Actually the phone was not responding for 20% of the time. I compared the touch sensitivity of the device with the GS3 demo unit nearby and I really show a HUGE difference. GS3 was very far more responsive. (I WAS A SAMSUNG HATER BEFORE and always wonder why their phones were very popular but I always tried their abundant demo units on stores and compared it to demo units of Sony and HTC but I need to admit to myself that SGS3 is the best phone I tried on. I think people only hate It because of It's popularity and the fact that I always saw fake SGS3 everywhere.

Why? why? Actually that leather-like back panel is one of the reasons that make me want to buy this phone. It don't look and feel cheap, actually its the opposite. The back panel really feels like it's not a cheap plastic but another kind of special premium material. Also the metallic LG logo and the metalic sides goes perfectly with it.

What the hell do people expect from a phone? Firstly, i consider the snipers to be of low intelligence, their grammar and spelling is appalling delivery is even worse, people will always gripe about anything. Think, nobody forces these donuts into buying a phone, I'm nearly 60 and this is the second "smart phone" I've had, the first being HTC Desire HD. I research ANY product prior to buying. I can assure you the LG 4x HD IS A GOOD PHONE, not perfect but no phone is perfect despite what Samsung may say. You get what you pay for and for the money you cannot go wrong. I have NEVER had a problem receiving or making a call, texts and can access the net quite freely.
Buy one and accept it for what it is.

By the way, Nvidia have confirmed on their own site that they are releasing tegra 3 chips for Windows Mobile 8 smartphones, so it's a very good possibiltity that they will also release tegra 4 for windows. If they do then I will certainly go for a Nokia with this chip inside it would be awesome, what does everyone else think, would you go for Nokia over LG or HTC?.
