My optimus G has JB out of the box.
Its an awesome device and it does not overheat and the battery life is very good.
If you are facing overheating take it to the nearest service center.

where to buy this phone here in the philippines... Hey lg why are you so late in terms of upgrading os its jellybean now but your flagship phone still ics common lg... Update software regularly when you do that you will have much more user of your phone

I just picked mine up. Started off great, buy then I noticed my phone was overheating. Terrible to feel a hot phone in the hand. Do these folks at LG not carry out a quality assurance review before launching into the public? I'm sure they do.The LG optimism 2X overheated. Besides that a powerful phone, but I don't want it zapping my skin. This can't be good for you

Look, this phone has been released later than Galaxy s3, but see how many updates galaxy s3 has been received so far? I don't hate LG, but I think LG would fail again like optimus 2X, optimus 4X HD, if it did not improve in terms of software, battery, camera and so on.
