2)Maybe you are doing many tasks together thats why battery drains faster as far as i know it can be used a whole day(average).
3)Charger getting hot is normal but if its way too hot then you should get it checked.

TRUST me Only plus point of this hanset is its touch screen & android 2.2 that's it.....

Bought it from mobilestore.so far good value for money.occasional lagging preset.battery pack up for one day,better than x10(SE), screen clarity good, but less in sunlight. many unwanted aplictions wich cany b re

I bought LG P500 last saturday, June 11, 2011, i have no problem at all...in a cheaper price for me its worth it...by July up-gradable for 2.3 gingerbread I'm so much excited :)...I compare this to Samsung its only a name but LG has a good quality at all..the best...Glory to GOD :)...God bless u more LG :)

go for p500,don't 4 galaxy fit...fit is totally hanging phone b'coz of ram.p500 has 512mb .samsung is cheating

The speed in connecting to internet and downloading data through WiFi is fast.
I must point out that the P500 is my first android phone.

In the box there is only a sticker... moreI do not know if all Serial Numbers (S/N) beginning with 011 correspond to November manufactured handsets. According to LG staff here, all S/N numbers beginning with 011 to 012 will definitely have the dust problem. Once again, this may or may not be true as they are known to fib. Also it was an oral statement. Buy at your own risk.
Still, it would be very useful if people who do not have the dust problem would mention their S/N and manufacturing dates here, so that we may make a *ROUGH* estimate how accurate this info is. Please remember to check carefully under sunlight. Very new phone are of course unlikely to have accumulated dust and lint... it builds up with time.

Does the 011 in S/N refer to November?
No other date related figures are printed on the box.
