I have had Meizu X8 for 2 weeks now. Very happy with this phone. Much smoother in daily use compared to Meizu 15 Plus. That phone had a lot of lag and stutter. Screen quality is better than the typical midrange phone (think Redmi Note 5). Battery life is above average. Almost as good as Note 5 despite the smaller battery. The camera is great in both daylight and low light. However, when it is really dark is use the gcam mod with night sight instead of the stock camera .

Great for gaming. I have no problem with daily use camera is great but in night time you can install Google Camera for the great pictures.

I have bought the Meizu X8 end of Dec 2018. Now using it for 1 month. Yes it has band B20 (800MHz) also B3 (1800MHz) which are widely used LTE bands here in EU. The carriers are covering with B3 the City centres, the band B20 has coverage anywhere else around the country (Slovakia) so the X8 is capable to be on 4G everywhere in EU countries. The charging is very fast - 1,5h roughly. When fully charged allowing the phone to be stand-by 2 to 8 days. The phone's voice clarity is perfect. Working smooth not freezing at all. Overall a good quality phone with no issue so far.

No SD, no Fm radio, very small battery.
bad software support.
No Meizu.

Global version does have Band 20, can see no mention of NFC though.

yitzi, 02 Dec 2018i actually cant find it on aliexpess but its less than 300 ... moreWeird.. I also find nowhere the X8 on Aliexpress for now. I dont know why it disapears. Maybe it's out of stock / sold out. As we have known that Meizu has problem in producing the X8 because of the display cutting process for its notch. Only Meizu that order such a thin notch cutting display from its LCD manufacturer. Maybe "low demand" makes the LCD manufacturer lazy to produce. I dont know.
The last time I saw X8 4/64 on Aliexpress is arround 280 USD. It's better than Mi 8 SE which is arround 265 USD.

Quite far from SD845.. The GPU is also inferior from SD835.. But I think SD710 is more efficient than SD835 a little bit..

2 new colors are coming.. Blue Purple gradient and Gold Pink gradient.. GSMarena should update the picture and on the spec list..
