Camera quality is okay. Good performance overall. Not even a lag. I am using this phone for past 4 months. Best budget smart phone.

this phone s very good n battery backup,touch sensitivity and nice price given by micromax compare to other brandless phones it s best phone to purchase....its really gud 1.....dont think about brand...better phone...

Unhappy with the product and service.
Bought this phone on May 2013 till Sep 2013 it worked fine even though got strucked when themes are used and all app opens automatically including the password protected one .After that my camera didnt work,Sim didnt detected, automatically switching off after Nov 2013 its really become unusable so handed over to one of the authorized service center in Chennai.
After a weeks time they just solved only the sim card detection problem and the other problem so handed over again the next day its nearly 25 days my phone is still in the service center.
The service center people complaining us that the Micromax is not supplying the spare parts and so the the phone is getting late to be serviced.
Disappointed to the core. Extremely unhappy with the product and service provided by the micromax.

Teju, 09 Jan 2014when my battery showing 80%> and that time i switch off ... moreThe battey reporting wrong % issue is common .. Even my canvas hd.. Its not the problem of battery but software problem of android 4.2 .. So u can change rom or wait for micromax kitkat android update..

tofail, 13 Jan 2014my canvas hd was locked, due to several wrong pattern input... moreU have to reset ur phone. Switch off it. Then press and hold . Volume buttons and button simultaneously until a black screen appears. Then press volume up, next power botton. Then scroll down using volume down and put pointer on factory reset and finally touch option botton.

After charging my phone to 100%...the battery from 100% to 45% works well...but it takes only 5 minutes for battery to reach to 15% from 45%..plx fix the problem...

my canvas hd was locked, due to several wrong pattern inputted. now it wants to unlock via Google mail. but the internet was not present on this phone. so it always shows wrong password.
please help.

Yeah the battery takes a while to charge but I didn't face thw problem of battery dropping. It did woth the last version, v13 but it doesn't with v14
