If you are stuck in one screen and no button works at all. Then you can press power button and volume down button for roughly 10 sec. Phone will switch off. This is like cut the power.

But Hanging, Slow Performance, Notification Late Response Etc Problems Solved..... It Will Refresh Ur Phone............ Do Soft Reset At least One Time In 6 Month.......... But If U Updated Ur Phone Then It Is Compulsory or If U Have No Problem Then Don't Do :)

        I am not sure, Please explain what will happen in soft reset.
        Will the data and contents be deleted or not ?

          Indian, 01 Apr 2016Fix Update Available......... Nearly 200 MB........ Install It.Already done the 2nd update, just forgot to mention that. I am on x164. But the navigation bar still cannot be hide in all apps.

          Though the keyboard flash is fine now.
          All apps are also updated separately.

          I think another update will fix renaming bugs.

                        Lumia 640 Dual. Upgraded to Win 10 using upgrade advisor from 8.1. Now, it lags sometimes, cannot hide navigation bar in some apps (eg. WhatsApp), If I delete a text msg, keyboard flashes up just for a millisecond.

                        Rest seems to be fine, Win 10 looks and feels good.
                        Anyone experiencing any issues like that.
                        Should I do a hard/soft rest ? Any suggestions ??

                            Some times in My Lumia 640(Dual sim,8.1 update2,OS version 8.10.15148.160)I Can't end the call's and that same time I cant ON or OFF my Mobile data but all other things can do. My phone have no touch issue,then how it's happening??? Anyone please help me....and give a solution
