Other solution : add your outlook account on another WinPhone. This should load your contact as well.

Spotify runs quite well excepted the Search function ! Very annoying... I advise you to install Deezer to replace it, its a good alternative on the beloved but abandoned WP8.1.

I like windows phone. It's easy to use. I use it to sync my calendar event & take pictures. Now i use it as my second phone. I have lots collection of lumias. 630/ 525/ 640 XL / 430 & recently i bought flagship lumia 830.
