ah well, i figured it out. This phone is totally cool! the only sad thing was they had only Silver colour here. i wanted blue. anyways this phone has great standby time (as stated) and only needs 1.5h to recharge it fully!! vibrations are good, loud tones, IrDa friendly and vibrant colours!! I LOVE IT!! i want to get M900 when it comes out. Congrats Mitsubishi!!!!

i just got the phone. IrDa is good, but how do i change the SMS tone? And how to change to silent mode quickly?

Well, I'm using WinXP, using Sigmatel USB IrDa and I don't need additional software to transfer tones and pictures to my M750 phone. Just click the icon when both IrDa devices (PC & Phone)are on and scroll to the directory containing the files and double click. The phone will automatically store pictures and tones in the respective folders.

Yes you can transfer from phone to pc without additional software. Windows will detect the phone when you put the IrDa opposite each other. You don't need additional software to transfer pictures, tones or any other files.

Honey, Sharp uses a different kind of screen. Its called CGS (Continous Grain Silicon). Mitsubishi uses TFT - Thin Film Transistor. So you cannot compare it merely with the quantity of colors supported.

haha... talk about classy... this phone really caught my attention when i first came to this site. 256k colours? and i thought 65k was a lot...
design wise is really very nice. the blue model has a really great colour combi with the silver arrowhead. but some people say them buttons are a lil to flat. guess it takes a lil getting used to.
only thing i don't think will appeal to the masses is its size. its really one heck of a chunky phone. but i feel its of a good size for a man's palm. (or average asian man's palm for that matter) and girls... well their phones are mostly in their handbags. those that love to wear tight jeans are a different breed whereby smaller phones naturally appeal to them. (i wonder why)
oh yahz.... something i find cool about this phone is when u open it, there's this really solid and firm "CLICK" when u open it. though i doubt u can flip it with ya wrist... it gives you the sense of security that this phone is built to last.

Sunny,
The Mitsubishi M750 is identical to its M720 predecessor, save for the inclusion of Java support and a cosmetic change to the faceplate.

Well, I can't take my eyes off M750 when I first saw it. THe plus plus it has over other flip phones is NO VISIBLE antenna protruding out! otherwise, it is really a cool phone! I love it. TO me it's like the Mercedes of Mobile phone while Nokia is like Toyotas.. so many on the road. Throw a pebble blindly at any cars on the road and chances are you'll hit a toyotas or Hyundai...

I think M350 is better: no need to flip open, although tt will invite scratches in the main screen... also, M350 is less bulky

M750 is good but lack of bluetooth to heavy and bulky should inprove.
