HI, I just got the cell. and i was told and also i tought that i was able to watch videos in it.but i cant seem to do it, I've tryed mp4 and dvx, in wich i was told it works with.
What format, if there is one, do i have to use to make it work???

hav been using this phone for past four weks, had problms like frequesnt hangs, sometimes not receiving calls so ppl calling u thinks u r not pkng and responding to thr calls while u r actually not receiving calls.........xtrmly unexpextd fro Moto.
IT'S NOT A GR8 PHONE TO GRAB, I THINK GSMARENA SHOULD REVW IT AGAIN AND POST THER EXPRNCE AS BASED ON UR REVW I HAD BOUGHT THIS PHONE.

its very amazing i like its feature and the way the name of phone is the character of that phone i like the back flip and cursor of that phone which is backside of the phone welldone moto.......

I hope moto guys are reading.Most of the comments are wid respect to phon gtng hang, I am too facin this serious prob. this normally happens at the time when you want to pick up the call or want to make a call, i also found tht pepl calls u but u never recve the call.
Final words - Pls don't buy this product at all!!!
If Moto guys are reading this they are advsd to solve this prob rather then promoting a flop show.

THe phone hangs because the battery is not the right size of the battery slot. So, the battery keeps on loosing contact with terminals. This phone has a design flaw.
Atleast your phone hangs, this one keeps on restarting when I am on receving end of the call. Its so frustrating.....to loose contact when speaking on the phone afterall that is basic and most imp function of a cell phone...

Hey Guys does it have Multi touch. Also, I believe it is not present in this phone. Is Multi touch expected to be added with 2.1 Android software upgrade?

yes its true to very nearer that updates to 2.1 is coming in several months might be after december or may be in December.

I think all the people that have a backflip that hangs. Should post their Andriod Firmware version. This should give both users and Motorola an Idea about which firmware is the most stable. It would also help people who check this website before they buy a certain phone.

Whenever you want to make an urgent call u find yourself struggling for about 5mins as the phone just refuses to respond. Tried the service centre 2-3 times.
Am sick of this......is there a way out?
