Nokia N8 or Motorola Defy, depends on what you do for a living i think, nokia N8 is great for pictures, and video, we'll, multimedia in fact, but if you are a nature's person like me, i think it would be great to have a Motorola Defy in backpack. so i would go for the Motorola, although i played with the N8 for about 30min, and it is a very fine peice of engineering! only down point, Motorola doens't sell in Belgium anymore :(

All phones (at least here in Europe) should be forced to comply to at least IP44. Please eliminate this sick micro usb. Mini was so sturdy.

dell, 13 Oct 2010peter i need standbytime plaes I don't have the phone if that's what you thought.
240 hours standby time though, based on my experience with mobile phones, translates into 2 days normal use...
That's ok i guess. It's not like you can't get your hands on a wall plug or a USB port in two days, can you?

Loving it more day by day...
Great specs, especially the fact that it has dedicated GPU chip (PowerVR), 512MB RAM. 2GB ROM, nice CPU. The most compact 3.7" Android i ever saw.
No need for a case! Take it with you in your pocket, bag, to the club, to the beach anywhere!
Ok, standby time isn't the best out there but overall it's a great phone. And the price... Terrific! This might be my next phone!

ZaGo, 12 Oct 2010I love this phone... BUT I think 350euros is very expensive... moreDon't be ridicilous, it is not expensive. Maybe if you import from a non-european country with a shabby currency.
With these specs and the benchmark-preformance on par with 600€ phones and the outdoor cpabilities, it's amazingly cheap.
