kimeang, 03 Jul 2011can we use defy while charging or conneted the USB ?You can even talk with someone on speakerphone and text at the same time! Good multitasking phone, really cool in my opinion.

Hi friends, install go launcher ex , app on ur defy from android market, then u dont need to upgrade os, u will get advanced new animations and features including home screen auto rotation by customizing.im enjoying this

This is all the prospective Moto Defy buyers in India u will get Updated Froyo 2.2 pre installed if the packing is after May2011 so what r u waiting for go ahead and say hello Moto.... I just got mine and loving it.....

Anonymous, 02 Jul 2011even u van update to 2.3.3 cyanogen mod 7 its awsome motorola will not give the update, you have to get it from unofficial site, which is risky. may brick your phone ...

I wanna buy this phone, but the lack of secondary camera is bothering me. Can we make 3g video calls through this phone? And Can we video call through skype? While making both these calls, will our video be shown too? or will we be just looking at other persons video?

@hussain: if it was me i would go for defy and otherside my brother has samsung GS but the defy speaker its just 3times better than samsung..and its kinda water proof,this morning my phone accidentally fell inside the toilet bowl but still working :)

hussian- I recommend defy. For a budget value you get more of it. flash miui or cm7 rom to unleashed your defy and overclock to 1ghz. shower and swim with it. dust and shock proof. benchmark outstanding score!!

hi..guys please help .. i m really interested in buying defy...but a question comes in mind whether to go or go for galaxy i9003..!! the main reason arises between defy and i9003 is sound quality(music) and loudspeaker (phone ringing).. plz put ur opinion between these 2 models ..thnx in advance ...!!

I'm using Defy for 1 month now. The phone is great, I could practically do anything using this phone; however, I noticed few glitches:
a) The phone is sometimes sluggish especially when using the internet or after taking a call... it takes forever to return to the menu.
b) I want to turn on the loud speaker when using the radio, but I can't seem to find the button.
c) I can't modify the number of the recipient when sending a message. In the philippines, to pass a load to another person, we need to add number 2 at the beginning of a cell phone number. Its frustrating that i need to memorize the number so that i can manually enter it in the recipent box.
Hope someone can answer my issues with my phone. Thanks!

Guys, i'm planning to buy this cell... but it has 2.1 Eclair OS..but my question is can we upgrade it to 2.2 Froyo successfully..? n will able to install apps on SD card....
