Hey guys I have recently found a great link where the latest Android mobile Micromax Andro A60 has been compared with costly
Android mobiles of motorola, HTC etc.

Does anyone know when this phone will be available globally?

I'm not liking Motorola's marketing. The Droid 2, Milestone 2, and Droid 2 Global are just the same in many ways. But I can't understand why Motorola is taking lots of time releasing their high-end phones globally.

For FM radio, this is one basic feature I don't also understand why Motorola ignored in most of their new models. While other smartphones have FM radio, FM receiver and FM transmitter, motorola has none.

Has anyone got the chance to get the D2g with it being unlocked and is fine for other carriers? I want to get his phone, but I haven't heard of anyone having it in their hands and stating it being used as a different carrier like AT&T or Tmobile

Don't forget, if they will put a mear 1500 mAh battery on a monster like that, you will be happy to turn on the phone, look on agenda then it will shut down :). On device like that you will need at least a 2000 mAh battery, if not bigger. But this means MORE money. And i wonder if it will be worthed. Even now, I4 is just too expensive. Let's be serious, with 800 euros i can buy a top laptop and a medium phone :).

I hope Motorola Droid 2's current specs will be released only in USA and they put a dual-core processor for the unlocked Global release model. (Never mind USA market, they re Job's lair, an apple fanboys country).

Just think of this features in dual-core processors: Full HD 1080p video playback at 30fps, built-in HDMI 1.3a, five times better 3D gaming support, 1MB L2 cache, among others.

But the problem is; comes Q1 2011 this processor will be outdated. Samsung's 1.0Ghz Dual-core Orion processor was ready and will be released Q1 2011 and Qualcomm's 1.2Ghz Dual-core Snapdragon processor will be released before the end of this year. Take note friends 1.0 & 1.2Ghz DUAL-CORE processors for smartphones not 1.2Ghz single-core.
