Astar, 08 Aug 2013hmm, strange, s4 pro and dual core? It's a new S4 Pro with krait 300 cores (it's like a Qualcomm S600 on the GS4 or One but with dual-core. At the same time it has two other cores for sensors, google now, stand-by mode and camera.

John Smith, 29 Jul 2013It's a dual core processor, even if it says X8.It is not a dual core. Even if you don't count the GPU which is quad core, you still have the two other cores for sensors, microphones and google now, camera, notifications.
AND if you count the GPU, which should actually count since they integrated it in a very innovative way to work as "cores", you get why this phone is not a dual core only.
